We visited this location for an oil change since our usual shop is closed on weekends. Abraham was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. The issue began when Sam approached our vehicle. We explained that the company provided us with a coupon and asked whether using the coupon or the military discount would be the better option. He immediately demanded to see a military ID--which was not a problem--but once he saw that I was the military member and not my husband, his attitude noticeably changed. His behavior became aggressive, including throwing items around and acting visibly irritated. It created an uncomfortable environment and felt disrespectful. We did complete the service, but we will not be returning. The military discount isn't worth dealing with that kind of treatment. read more

Been here for almost an hr waiting! Only 2 people working and they definitely don't go in order to cars coming in so I have been in a stall and can't turn my car on so I am sweating in 90 degrees with no air. I came in for an oil change on a Saturday. Busy as usual but they are friendly and work fast to get all of the customers through. Great job to the team here. I've been to other Take 5's before, but this one's probably my favorite solely because of the manager being friendly, knowledgeable, and very respectful. I went here to get my state inspection and was able to stay in my car the entire time while the manager did my inspection for me, and checked out my car and offered the necessary recommendations that I needed for my coolant, which was nice because I would've never known! The state inspection was cheap. It's the same price all across the board $25.50. 10/10 will come back to get my coolant replaced or refilled :) read more

Often used Take 5's for oil changes and never had any issues. Recently they were being pushy and saying I needed a coolant flush. My vehicle has 195k miles and I have never had one done, which they were very aware of. As soon as I agreed, I asked my brother who confirmed I shouldn't be getting any pressurized flushes on my system being as old as it is. The very next day - leaking coolant AND engine oil. Took it back to them but of course, there's no liability. Spent over $1000 on repairs to my head gasket seal and thermostat which were now leaking. DO NOT AGREE to a coolant flush if you have an older vehicle or haven't done regular maintenance on the coolant system. I learned the hard way. read more

Overall a good experience. Took them 30 minutes to get me in and out which is overall pretty fast. There were two other cars when I arrived. Looked like one was getting an inspection and the other was there for an oil change like me. Jonathan took great car of me and the other two workers were really friendly. Even cracked a few jokes lol. Cost me ~$120 total since I have around 120k thousand miles on my car already. They also topped off my windshield wiper fluid. Only reason I took off a star is because I've definitely had a cheaper oil change at other shops but can't complain otherwise. Would happily return when I'm in the area. read more

Have used this location for the past couple of years and have always had a great experience. Never have had to wait, of course sometimes they do get busy from when I've driven by. Services are performed fast and efficiently. They do sometimes recommend you changing out certain things when they inspect but never felt pressured if I said "no". The team is always very friendly, which makes for a better experience. Have had oil changed, windshield replaced, and car inspection done here. Recommend for any quick service you may need. Especially since you can just stay in your car for any service. read more

First time coming here. Great experience, Aaron explains everything he's doing. The coupons are a plus. The only complain I have, after getting my oil changed, my check engine light on, appeared. I went back the next day and got it checked on. But apparently nothing is wrong. A technician here told my wife she had "big ass arms" and said a bunch of inappropriate things to her while she had a follow up visit on 4/19. Just to wait an hour before being able to pull into the bay where I was told that they don't have the proper oil filter for my car and could not service my car. Time and time again, this location shows superior to those surrounding it. I know if I show up relatively early, I will be serviced quickly and efficiently. Another location was already packed with only 1 bay open at 8:15am on a Sunday. I showed up at this location at 9:00am and was finished up by 9:10am. Was told to contact the shop manager after leaving my review. Called just now and asked what could be done to resolve this situation. The shop manager was very rude and said they're busy so they can't keep my specific kind of filter in stock. He claimed they couldn't identify that my filter was a specific one because it "looks similar." He couldn't guarantee they would have the filter now or any time soon. I told him that's pretty awful service and I wanted some kind of resolution for this because I'm still driving around with a dirty air filter. At that point the manager hung up on me. The worst customer service I've ever encountered and it's clear to me now that these people don't know a thing about what they're doing. Typically I never leave reviews for car shops or dealerships because I can honestly say I rarely ever have a good experience. Either it always feels like people are trying to upsell me on everything or they treat me like an idiot who shouldn't have been allowed to leave the house alone. All of this to say, the team here is wonderful! This is my first time coming to this location, and I will definitely be coming back. I instantly knew I made a good decision when Josh (the new shop manager) who was working on my vehicle asked for my permission before opening my door to scan the bar code, asked me politely if he could check my cabin filter and then told me that I didn't need to get it replaced because it still looked clean. Then he showed me the filter under my hood and explained to me that although it is a bit dirty it's not at the point where it needs to be replaced. It's little comments like this that I genuinely appreciate because it makes me feel like they're not trying to screw me over and genuinely care about the long term relationship and not just making the sale. It is such a breath of fresh air to come across genuinely kind professionals. If you're in the area please come to this location. You'll be in good hands. read more

I just went there. The lady that worked there was so rude and giving me attitude. Her name was Emerald and apparently she is the manager. So, there was nobody else to complain to there. On the other hand, the other employee that worked there was so nice. I assumed he was the manager. When I called her out and asked her why she was giving me attitude, it got even worse and she was yelling at me and forcing me to leave even though I didn't even have my car on yet. They also don't do oil changes in 5 minutes. It took at least 25 minutes for them to tell me that they cannot change my oil even though I was parked in the spot to get an oil change. I usually get my oil change at take 5 on w gray. But due to construction it was almost impossible to get into the shop today so I tried another location. Initially i had 3 guys come up and assist me. I thought that is great. But once I pulled into the bay the crew of 3 guys and 1 gal seemed to be unresponsive. There are 3 bays and as I waited for the other 2 bays to finished up 2 of the guys were just hanging around. The 2 vehicles then left and the one gal and one guy went to her car. The other two guys continued doing nothing. Finally 2 more cars came to the bays and they went back to work. I watched them the whole time because I wanted to ensure they filled my washer fluid. They never did, nor did they check air in tires. All they did was change my oil and spill oil on my motor. They sprayed with a degreaser but the smell of burnt oil on a hot motor was in the air. When I asked if they checked my washer fluid they said they checked it and filled it. That was a big time false statement! I will not be returning to this location again. One thing to have poor service but to be lied to on top of the poor service isn't forgivable. I do like Take 5 in general. Coupons are nice to have and not having to get out of vehicle is also nice. The failure of this sale is all I can attest to but witnessing the failures of poor customer service falls directly on management or lack of. read more

Service was okay but the employee (Zachary) was rude. I pulled in to get a oil change... they already had a few cars in. I was behind a car then he walked up to my car... "what do you need" I said "I need a oil change please" him " Jesus Christ... pull in to the 1st bay" walks away storming off. I get it you are slammed... still a nice way to talk to people. July 9, 2020 update: Paul, Mr. Stafford, and the crew are delivering amazing speed, great customer service, and quality work even in this 100 degree heat and pandemic. They put the masks in place when working with customers and I think doing a great job keeping safe and keeping me on the road safely. No pressured upsells here which i love, just informed options. Pro tip: they still have cold water you just need to ask for it. Keep calm and carry on take 5! Updated (again): I was hoping that last time was just a really bad day and Brett and Carlos this morning were EVERYTHING i loved about this place in the first place. Way Updated: I hope my experience yesterday is an outlier. Pulled in early and logically approached the only bay not roped off to be greeted and then directed to another bay unroped for me. Ok. Mario and Juwan were polite, but it wasn't the experience quality I have had in the past here. I asked for wiper blade replacement and after the front were done asked if they could do the rear windshield. Was told they were out of that size. Ok. I was told we were finished but I then had to ask for my tires to be checked. I knew one was low from the TPS because I monitor that like a hawk. He did the tires and I checked after that was done and all 4 had been overinflated. I asked for the 35 they are supposed to be and was told the policy is to go 3 pounds up from spec. I explained I didn't like that and to please make it 35. He went around again and I watched it on the dash and it still wasn't right but i didn't want to ask a second time. I wasn't going to update my review but this morning after arriving to work I notice that both my valve stem covers are missing on the passenger side. Grrrrr. Ok. Trip to Autozone. While there I can get my gauge out of the console and fix the tire pr Please don't lose what makes this location special. Just okay is not okay (AT&T is right on that). This was my first time getting my car inspected while I was in the car and the technician was awesome at explaining the process. I was in-and-out in less than 20 minutes.
