Got there on a crowded Sunday morning. There a bit of a wait so one of the guys walked around handing out free water bottles to customers who were sitting in their cars waiting to be serviced. I thought that was really nice. I think this will be my normal place for oil changes going forward. Once serviced we were in and out and the bill wasn't as bad as I imagined it would be. They were friendly and didn't try to upsell me anything I didn't need. read more

I went in for an oil change. One person took out the in-cab filter and when another worker went to install it , he crammed it in, and misi nlined the glove box door. I asked to see the manager, and he never came. I checked the coolant level in the radiator, and it is low. read more

Well from time of arrival upon until being service was about an hour wait. Entrance is at this location is one to be very cautious about especially if the parking lot is full. Stopped in for a car wash. After paying and aligning my vehicle up to the track, I noticed the entire right side of the wash brushes were not functional. Complicating the problem is I couldn't back out due to the next vehicle behind me. Upon conclusion of the wash, the blow dry had problems also. You can not convince me that all of these problems happened at the instant I pulled up. It appears the deterioration has been happening for time and the responsible party has neglected to maintain and repair the problems. I guess the responsible party is trying to fit in with the rest of the deteriorating neighborhood rather than be an example of something good. read more

This establishment is always professional and fairly quick, since I've been taking my vehicle here for oil changes, I have never had any issues. Payton was very polite and professional, and made sure to inform me of when and what to look out for when it's time for another oil change. When they say 10 minutes per oil change that may be correct on some days. That really isn't the case so don't expect that. I give them the 5 stars because I go there for every oil change. My adventure started here when the intake person started giving me crap about owning a Ram and how his Ford was better. It was in a joking manner but still unprofessional and then later I found my truck was leaking oil.. Took the truck in the dealer for warranty repair to find out the filter was put on incorrectly was the reason for the leak. Never will return, not only unprofessional but nearly cost me untold issues and costly repairs. read more

This was the best oil change experience I've ever had. That was the not only the fastest oil change I've ever gotten, but the gentlemen that served us were beyond friendly, informative, and efficient. Peter and Nathanial communicated with one another effectively, repeating back orders and helping each other to get the job done quickly. We were offered a cold bottle of water for my husband and I both, and the service was prompt. Nathanial went above and beyond to show us hospitality and explain every step of the oil change, while Peter worked quickly under the hood. They also adjusted our skid plate, which was hanging low, as we were heading out of state on a road trip. This particular Take 5 is doing it right. Thank you both for a great experience! read more

We took our truck here today and had a 25% off coupon. Guy changing the oil offers us new windshield wipers, $25. "No, thank you." We respond. "I'll take $10 off." Says the oil-changing dude. "Okay, that's fine. We'll get them." What mr. oil changing dude DOESN'T tell us, is that will void off our 25% off coupon. We get home and realize that our $10 is taken off for the windshield wipers, but not the 25% for the oil change. I go back up to this place, and the manager is horrible. Dude doesn't care at all. I said "the man changing the oil should've told us that only one coupon could be used." And he's not apologetic at all. He couldn't have shown that he cared any less. It was pathetic. All he kept saying was "our system doesn't let us use two coupons." No sh*t, you've said that like 4 times now. A simple apology, or "yes you're right , that other guy should've informed you that you can only use one coupon." Would've worked for me. Such an awful experience. The other guys seem nice but I can't get over that awful interaction with the extremely rude and unhelpful manager. read more

This place is awesome! A drive thru oil change! You pull up and they bring you a cold water bottle. They guide you where to pull in, you give them your info, they check your air filter, 10 mins later, DONE! 25% military discount too. Definitely will be back! read more

I love this place!! Howard and the other serice techs are always courteous and polite. They use carpet and seat covers to protect the interior of my care. Each and every time I bring my vehicle I am greeted with a genuine smile and called by my name. You're probably thinking "they know who you are because they can look up your car info in the computer" and you would be wrong. Before any work is done, Howard or a sevice tech will come to the car window and greet me by name. I've been to other service stations where I have felt pressured to purchase other treatments or replacement parts but NEVER with Howard. He reviews the maintenance schedule for my vehicle with me and then give his recommendations. Sometimes I accept his recomenndations and sometimes I don't. The shop area is kept clean and orderly. The waiting room is also kept clean and orderly. It's a pleasant experience. read more
