I stopped and I was put in a work Bay almost immediately. Once I pulled in, Jonathan was very helpful in finding out what I needed to have done. After telling him only my oil, they went to work. As they did safety checks, they also checked my tires and fluid levels. After all of this their computer shows them what is good and what may need to be done. This is where I dred the salesperson because it gets old, but he didn't try to sell me anything! All he did was tell me what was recommended and he also answered the questions I had about some services I am looking to have done with income tax. After my experience here I will definitely be back. I was in and out within 15 mins and never felt pressed to buy more services. They also report to Carfax, so it helps keep track of repairs and services done to your car.

My ABS sensor is broken now and o have no speedometer and I have a hybrid so I need that abs sensor!! Oil changes anything like that they do a great job on. Now for the bad, I've been going there and getting my tires rotated for a while now. I even bought at least two of the tires there. Just last time I was told that they could not and would not rotate my tires because there's a date on there of a year and that they could no longer rotate anything more than five years old. I was real disappointed because this was going to be the last time they were rotated and then I was going to invest fairly soon in New tires from there. When I questioned why in all these terms that I've had them rotated nobody suggested that this would take place. I'm basically was told that this is possibly a new rule for the company. And it was most likely not dislocation's fault. So my suggestion? I will always recommend an oil change there. But I've kind of got a bad taste in my mouth now over the tires and the fact that I pretty much made the appointment and was pretty much to know because of something the company has decided. I promise for sure. I will continue going there for my oil changes because I would never ask for a better experience with oil changes.

They double charged me on parts to the tune of about $1700, said they did work they didn't do, and did some work so poorly that the parts failed and could have killed me in a wreck as a result. I did get a refund for about 1/3 of the fraudulent charges after 2.5 months of back and forth with corpo office and only after threatening legal action. This place is not just a scam, it's unsafe. Avoid at all costs, or it could cost you all.

There was no pressure to buy anything extra, but they did check on my turn signal and fixed the prongs on it, so that it wouldn't blink too fast (I had already replaced the bulb, so there was no additional cost for the extra work). I'll be back!
