Nicholas had mis informed me about a discount code about stacking the $5 off on my $33 off and it was fine, he didn't mislead me on purpose and it wasn't a big deal but the manager Shane came out and was super mad. The manager Shane called Nick over to the front desk where me and Jamie were standing and totally ripped into him for giving wrong information right there in front of me and Jamie and nick just kept apologizing saying he didn't know and Jamie had her head down and everyone was uncomfortable and he kept going. Dude was upset and raising his voice for like 3 minutes straight. If Shane is having a bad day maybe he should stay home. It was very unprofessional to treat his employees like that period but in front of a customer is crazy but if you're going to rip into someone for making a mistake, do it in private where there is also some sort of coaching. It was disrespectful and I won't be coming back to this location ever again. Nick and Jamie were great but Shane seems exhausting to work with, let alone work under. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, 0/5 experience.

He immediately made me feel super confident about the service that was going to be performed on my Audi Q7. His entire team was very attentive and gave me a feeling that every employee here had a sense of pride to be working with Mike and his team. They even were able to reset my annoying inspection required light that I thought only the dealership could reset. They completed my service and had me back on the road in a very timely manner. The value of coming here for a routine oil change compared to going to a dealership showed me that I have been throwing money away in the past. Not to mention the amount of time a dealership takes to make a simple oil change seem like an engine overhaul. This is my family's go to spot for a premium oil change with the confidence that Mike and his team will take care of our vehicles like it is one of their own!
