Raul and Ivan did a fantastic job helping me out and even discounted my cabin filter because I got an oil change, a cabin filter, and an engine filter. They have no idea how to change tranny oil. They'll have you sign a paper that states they're not responsible for any damages so they don't have to fix the problem. I went in to get my tranny oil serviced and they guy let it leaked out and try to lie to me and used a dip stick with new oil on it without actually changing the oil. read more

I typically visit this location around 9AM during the week, which seems to be one of their least busiest times. I typically haven't waited too long to roll into the bay. Once inside the bay, the basic oil change itself last about 15-20 minutes. During the process, the tech checks the air filter, windshield washer fluid, headlights/taillights and turn signals which is appreciated. As for value, it's crazy how expensive oil changes have gotten over the years. This place is probably on the higher side compared to some other places, but I'm paying for the convenience of the location also. My only complaint is the oil change tech has forgotten to put all the screws back into my skid plate. Part of it is hanging down. I have replaced the screws myself and they have failed to put them back in on a few different occasions. read more

On April 10, 2025 I had a transmission fluid change done by Oil Changers out of Modesto California. On April 29th, 2025 my vehicle began stalling and had to be towed over an hour to my place of residence which cost $895. I then had to have it towed to an auto shop where the mechanic confirmed my transmission cap was not securely tightened causing transmission fluid to leak and metal shaving to fall into the transmission. Oil Changers is taking no accountability and are refusing to cover the costs of their mistake. A new transmission will cost me 7,500 quoted by the mechanic. read more

This was my first time at Oil Changers. Back in the bay area, I used to be a Jiffy Lube guy. I was greeted very friendly and the new customer check-in process was fast. I stayed in the car the whole time, which was convenient. Chase showed me the condition of my old oil. It was definitely time for the oil change. He upsold me on an oil cleaner and an oil additive which I accepted as my car is a high-milage Cadillac Escalade. He also changed the air filter for me. I have to agree with Laura C! Don't come here if your a women! They think you don't know anything and will try everything! Dude was trying to tell me my reverse lights is red..nothing is wrong with my reverse lights ok my lights are wrapped! The discount I got was $15 for oil change but my bill came out similar to what I could have paid at honda and with rotating my tires too! He said my air filter is $20. But once I checked my bill it was $29.99 and he try to say sometimes it's $19.99 sometimes it's $24.99 and he can't change it. And he was down yo the last one! Stop lying! Also, he checked my AC cabin filter and he said they charge $40 for replace it. I said no thank you and he said yeah you can get it from Amazon for $20 I knew I shouldn't have came here but since I needed it done! I should have just taken my car to Honda dealership and be in good hands! But this will be my last time here! Girls stay away from this place! They will try to over charge you! The guy told me my Hoyle change is going to be $97 did not even ask me what kind of oil my car takes because he was just gonna charge me for the highest oil not thinking I knew anything because I was a woman then charge me $58 didn't tell me about the $20 off coupon that was on the website or online knew I was a first time customer when I told him that I should not review them on Yelp because he said please give us a review on yelp I said I would give him a one for how awful that the customer service wise if you're a woman, I suggest you don't go to this place because they will try to take advantage of you thinking you don't know anything. read more

Great service every time I've been here. While changing my oil, they put air in my tires and washed my front window. It's always super fast. They show you the air filters but never pressure you to buy new ones. How can you not like sitting in your car while getting a quick oil change. read more
