For an extra $10 you can get your tires rotated, which is the price of an oil change for many competitors. I've never once been told I need to change a fluid out or replace a part, not have my brakes ever been worn - in this sense they strike me as honest brokers and do avoid the up sell. On the other hand, the work can sometimes be painstakingly slow which you can pass the time by shopping (we will go when we need a major grocery trip done too), but they don't call to tell you the work is done. I've never seen them use mats or covers for the seats. Employees can vary from gruff to completely disinterested and everything in between. I've never once seen the listed manager actually there.

I dropped my car off in the morning and specifically asked them nicely to not scratch my wheels since they are all black and brand new then I left. They had called me to let me know they had finished working on my car. I picked my car up and when I got home I realized they had completely scratch the inside of the lug nut hole, I had called them back and told them about it and they asked me to come back to see what I meant, when I got there a lady came out to look at it and I commented that they should've taken better care of my wheels like I specifically asked since they were brand new not even a day old and that they did not even align my vehicle, the lady then started to become very rude, I had asked for their corporates number, the individual that had worked on my car and for her name. She refused to give me any information and told me that I can just leave the property. I spent about $225 for everything and only got my tires balanced. I do not recommend this establishment, it had been my first time going there but I will never go back.

I have extensive experience with oil changes, having served as the Maintenance Manager for an Amazon DSP in Milton, overseeing a fleet of over 30 vehicles. Upon arrival, there was one vehicle in the first bay. I pulled up to the second bay and exited my 2004 Toyota Camry, unaware that remaining in the vehicle was an option--a detail the service staff did not mention. While there is a waiting room, it now resembles more of an employee breakroom. I later learned that staying in the vehicle is possible and perhaps preferred. The technician offered to let me pull in the car, but I declined. The oil change was impressively fast--completed within 10-15 minutes, significantly shorter than the typical 30 minutes or more elsewhere. I did, however, have questions about the condition of my oil pan and undercarriage, which were not addressed during the service, though I was already aware of these issues. My only concern was when the technician presented both a cabin and an engine air filter. One was clearly dirty; the other had minimal dust, as I had recently replaced it while changing my wife's blower motor. I instructed the tech to replace only the dirty one, and he agreed. At checkout, he mentioned that, due to the amount I had already spent, he replaced the other filter free of charge. After I left, I checked my receipt and saw that wasn't true. There was a 25% discount applied to the whole ticket, but I was definitely charged for both filters. I'm hoping that after this review, that won't be an issue in the future. I got the full synthetic, and even with the extra filter, it wasn't too bad. Overall, the service was quick and efficient, with minor communication gaps that could be improved.

I seriously hate places like this because people who don't know any better will get taken advantage of. My husband is a mechanic and did not feel like changing the oil in my truck today so he took it in because it's not much more to get it done by a shop than it is paying for the oil. They did the oil change, and then told him my alternator was bad, by battery was bad, my blinkers didn't work, I needed a new air filter which they went ahead and changed the filter without our consent when he stated clearly from the beginning we want an oil change and nothing more. Which my husband had to reiterate a couple times and told them to take the filter back out, an extra 60$ we did not consent to. This mechanics name was Dakota. None of these things in my truck are bad. As I stated my husband is a mechanic we have a code reader at home and we've replaced the alternator and batteries previously in all the vehicles we own or have owned in the past-we know when something is bad or not working. And we've changed them ourselves. None of these items are cheap either for someone unfamiliar with cars. also fairly ridiculous to say blinkers aren't working when he literally drove it there and super easy to see that they are trying to get money any way they can. Run far away we will continue changing our own oil but you should be ashamed of stealing money from people in the community.

I have a Goodyear in Orlando that I trust with my car, and I wanted to stop by and see if this place was just as good. They claimed that all their work was guaranteed at all Goodyears across the country. You can't beat that. So I stopped by early in the morning and dropped off a car for a headlight replacing. Guy called me a couple hours later and said that they found a way to change it that was easier than it should have been, so they charged my half the labor. Then I dropped off the truck for the fastest, cheapest oil change it has ever had in its life. Good work at a good price. I will be taking all of my vehicles back home here for their maintenance from now on.

The service that I just had was to replace all of my Ignition Coils and Sparkplugs. They even put an additive in my Transmission Converter "just in case" at no charge. I had had my tranny fluid changed a few months ago and I mentioned a shudder under fast acceleration. They addressed the two possibilities. The Coils and Plugs were original to 2001 but had only 70,000 miles of wear on them. I made the decision it was time to update the parts to new. Much smoother ride and no more shudder.
