I had to get my tire looked at and after they checked it they saw it needed to be replaced, so they searched for my tire and had to order it. They called me as soon as they finished ordering the tire to tell me it would be in tomorrow. I asked for an oil change also and they were very helpful with ordering that as well. My car was done promptly the next day and they even refilled my empty windshield washer fluid no charge. I got some great discounts and saved more money than I was expecting. I will be returning again if I need my car serviced. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! On 1.11.25 we brought our 2018 Audi A4 with 42,000 miles to the Tire Kingdom in Odessa for an oil change. We picked up the car, brought it home, parked it in the garage, the next morning there was oil all over our garage floor. We brought the car back to the Tire Kingdom, they looked at the car, said it could be the oil plug, but later said it was an O-ring. They then performed another oil change. That evening we were driving and the skid plate fell and was dragging on the road, this was due to The Tire Kingdom removing part of skid plate while looking for the leaking oil and not properly re-installing. We had to wait 2 hours on the side of the road for a tow truck and had the car towed to the Tire Kingdom at 12:15am. The next morning, I went to the Tire Kingdom 8:00am, they lifted the car in the air, removed the hanging skid plate. We then didn't have enough screws; I ordered them on Amazon and returned again the next day at 8:00, at which time they re-installed the skid plate. read more

Went in Saturday for oil change and tire rotation. They were busy and even though I had an appointment was ok with waiting. Just under 2 hours, they came and asked for someone with the same name. I thought it was me...nope. But, after that they acknowledged the mistake, got my car in and took care of my bill. In early July 2021 I visited with Managers Sam & Otto for tires. They were very attentive to my budget and even told me of a coupon good for later in the month. I returned July 30th and purchased four tires, service plan and alignment. I spent a little more for a higher quality Michelin touring tire with 70k me warranty. I sent my mom to Tire Kingdom because her tire kept losing air. When she arrived they had zero cars in the bays so they were not busy. She was told she'd have to make an appointment online and that it would likely not be one until a week from Saturday! She asked if they would at least put air in the tire which they agreed to do, When they put air in the tire the guy saw a screw in her tire but still sent her driving down the road because she did not have an appointment!! They sent my 72 year old mother driving down the road on what they new was a bad tire!!!!! She went to Tires Choice and they fixed it but she could have had a flat or blow out on the way there. I just cannot believe they did this to her. I will NEVER take my business there again. read more

Let me say right off that they are very nice..The experience I had however with the mechanic was not so good. I took my car in as the brake pedal was going to the floor and my car was barely stopping. The mechanic claimed he didn't notice a problem but that I needed front pads and rotors. I had that done and when I drove off my car barely stopped and the pedal went to the floor. After paying $764 (included oil change an maybe a brake bleed) I took it somewhere else and sure enough it was a some kind of vacuum unit that was broken..I'm super annoyed that this place couldn't even notice that something was wrong. If he had admitted he didn't know what was wrong I would have been ok with that. read more

I am always greeted with a smile. They are honest and let me know if there is something I don't need to get repaired right away. When funds are tight I can't always afford to get everything fixed right away. They have worked with me to ensure I could afford vital repairs so I could make it to work. I had a slow leak in one of my tires and made an appointment for 7:00 AM the following day. I was seen right away and was only there for a total of 20 minutes. Turned out to be a nail that could be patched. When they were done, the manager said "I haven't charged anyone for the first tire repair of the day and I'm not going to start now." It's nice to know that there are still good folks out there. Very positive experience. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my vehicle needs now. I completely disagree with all of these reviews on here, these people are the most unprofessional group I have ever dealt with. I dropped off a tire this morning to get it fix, I was told to pick it up this afternoon since they only had one technician on duty at the time I dropped off the tire. To my surprise when I went to pick up the tire this afternoon I find out the tire cannot be repaired " ACCORDING TO THEM" which is completely the opposite to what I was told this morning when I dropped it off. Complete waste of time, I picked up the tire and found another local shop who was in fact able to repair it for a fraction of what they quoted me this morning. Hopefully this will help someone before they try to do business with this unprofessional shop. read more

The staff here are the best! I came in with a leaking tire and they immediately checked it out, plugged the leak, filled all other tires and didn't charge a thing!! They didn't try to up sell me on tires, not even a tire rotation with my next oil change. They were completely honest and understanding of my time. I have come here before for an oil change and I had a positive experience then too. The waiting area is clean, comfortable and you can watch your car being serviced. Wow, fantastic service! My wife and I are from out of state, having come here for her surgery. Have had the rental car for a few days and took notice of a slow leak in one of the tires. The rental company was useless, explaining that the tire repair is our problem unless we wanted to have a replacement vehicle delivered to us at our expense (almost $500!). They even told us as an option to plug the tire (which we know is not a good idea). So, I took the vehicle to the Odessa, FL, Tire Kingdom location and was told they could repair the tire, but it would be 1-1/2 to 2 hours wait time. I stated that my wife is recovering from surgery, that I needed to get back to her as soon as possible, but I had no choice but to wait. The service manager jumped on this right away and the tire was fixed in seemingly record time! I know from experience that the repair is not difficult, but it is noteworthy that they did not cut corners; I mentioned that the rental company suggested plugging the tire, but Tire Kingdom refuses to do this, instead dismounting the tire and patching it from inside (the safest method). Truly the best possible service that could be offered, and during a difficult time. While we don't have Tire Kingdom stores where we live, we will keep them at the forefront should we have a future need in an area they are located. Thank you Tire Kingdom for going above and beyond.
