So I decided to give this auto service center a try for myself, and I'm glad I did. The owner met with me personally. I explained my concerns and the parts I wanted replaced--specifically the battery and alternator. We agreed on a price, and I went on with my day. A few hours later, he called to let me know the battery had been replaced, but the alternator was actually in good working order. He walked me through the test he ran to verify it and made it clear he didn't want me paying for work that wasn't needed. I really appreciated the honesty, so I asked for an additional service: a radiator flush. He said no problem, and the truck was ready a little over an hour later. Overall, the experience was straightforward, honest, and efficient. I'll definitely be returning.

We decided to have it checked out by a third party mechanic and they informed us that the oil cap had been put on to tight for both vehicles. When I called National Quick Lube they informed me that the car was leaking oil before that and did not tell me this was happening. I am not understanding how that could be for both vehicles when we never had an issue before this last oil change.
