So I decided to give this auto service center a try for myself, and I'm glad I did. The owner met with me personally. I explained my concerns and the parts I wanted replaced--specifically the battery and alternator. We agreed on a price, and I went on with my day. A few hours later, he called to let me know the battery had been replaced, but the alternator was actually in good working order. He walked me through the test he ran to verify it and made it clear he didn't want me paying for work that wasn't needed. I really appreciated the honesty, so I asked for an additional service: a radiator flush. He said no problem, and the truck was ready a little over an hour later. Overall, the experience was straightforward, honest, and efficient. I'll definitely be returning.

The delay was their suppliers fault, I'm told (...). The owner put some Freon in my car for a low price and it helped a lot (technically they did not ask for permission before inquiring expenses but the improved air-conditioning is way more important so I'm so happy). He told me that I could look for a part online if I wanted to have my price a little lower. They picked up the part and were very communicative with me through the whole process. It was a very smooth and fast process. I appreciated that they did not try to get me to fix more things/buy more expensive parts, which most places would encourage! The first Walmart I went to told me they didn't have the patches to fix my tire, so I came here instead. I had 2 people in front of me when I got here. Patching a tire doesn't take long. I've gone to other shops to get it done before and it takes them less than 15 minutes. I expected no different here, but was very wrong. I came in at 8:30am expecting to be out within an hour. No. This shop only had enough staff to work on 1 car at a time. Out of the 2 people in front of me, both needed patches. 1 got their patch fixed in about 30 minutes, the other couldn't get it fixed and ended up needing new tires. It took them almost 1 hour to change the tire. I understand it takes time and manpower to change a tire and this wouldn't have been an issue had they had MORE STAFF to work on other people's cars at the same time. I was here for over 2 hours for 1 patch. Don't get me wrong, the staff was very kind and did a wonderful repair, but they need more staff/hours. TL;DR I came in at 8:30am to get a tire patched. There were 2 people in front of me. It took over 2 hours and I left at 10:45am. I wish I had gone to Discount Tire.

I've never been to a jiffy lube, always went to a dealership, but I was tired of dealerships making me wait two hours for an oil change to get done. I wasn't aware of the pricing and that's my fault. Full synthetic oil change is gonna run up at least $100 here. Didn't expect to break the wallet like that. But you know what? It was worth the exceptional customer service alongside my car getting fixed quick. They also washed my windows, put air in my tires, and restarted dashboard. I'll be back again.
