They told me to come back since it wasn't failed. Came today and was told it would be 45 minutes until the inspector comes back since he's at lunch. Cool no worries. I come back 45 minutes and they say it'll be ANOTHER 30 minutes or more. At this point I'm going to take 5 who can actually get it done in a timely manner and not waste my time. I don't know why they only have one person for inspections and why his lunch is well over an hour but maybe have a set time so people aren't wasting gas and time for nothing. read more

I have been taking my care here for years but today was by far the worst. 1. The state inspection like was crazy, no type of organization 2. They were driving cars the wrong way on the pull up line 3. The supervisors/managers looked lost as well as the workers. 4. It looked like they were training, and it was not a professional setting at all 5. I use to get called over and asked what oil I wanted give me an update on the services, and ask if I wanted any additional service i.e. an air filter. 6. They never ask to change my filter, and it was long over due. 7. One of the workers didn't know how to put the filter back in, so the manager came and helped and she just stuffed it in there all jacked up SMH! Felt like they were going to break my car. Sad part is I have video. This makes me not want to go back. Maybe 1yr ago there was a manager there named Ced I believe and he took care of people, not sure what's going on now. I always go here for my oil change, etc. the guys here are so nice! Immediate service and great customer service. When I pull up someone always comes to my door and ask what I need, their are always so kind. The inside of the place is always clean, they'll have popcorn and coffee sometimes. And has a Restroom inside, gender neutral. The guys that work there seem to have work there a long tine, very low turnover it seems, that speaks volume about their management. The gentleman that walked up to inquire about what service was needed was very nice, provided our options, and directed us to the sitting area. Because I had just purchased a used vehicle some of the lights were out and we directly asked the gentleman who was actually working on the car to check and change the lights out. Which he is the one who had an attitude. Once the oil change was complete an entirely different gentleman checked us out who had been in the office, assuming maybe he was a manager. When I asked what all was done he said just the oil change. I informed him that the lights were to be changed he informed me they did not have ANY of them and that it would take alot to change them. I asked him why no one told us they didn't have them? Had I not asked would I have been told? After arriving home something told me to check my receipt and noticed all that was changed was the oil and filter. Mind you I have brought my other vehicle to this location with the assumption of them performing a full service oil change. Every oil change I have ever had they change the oil, top off fluids, provide recommendations for things that may be needed, etc. The receipt literally had N/A for almost every option listed. Now although the service was for premium oil, I paid 160 for a simple oil change? I called back and spoke with Cody who I'm pretty sure knew the guy didn't do anything, yet he did ask me to come back and he would recheck. However no one has that kind of time when we waited almost an hour or more just for him to change the oil Only! Unacceptable. read more

This location does not take the pandemic seriously. Some workers had no mask, some were wearing them under their chins and patrons were allowed in waiting room with no masks. I had my car inspected but I was uncomfortable being around these people when the local hospital just opened their 8th covid unit so I ended up standing outside in the freezing cold. Next time I will get my car inspect by people who are more concerned about their customers than their "freedom" to spread a highly contagious deadly virus at the height of a global pandemic. Edit: I see the location responded to this review asking to be able to call me to discuss protocols with me. No thank you. You need to discuss them with your employees, not me. Justin was very rude & couldn't provide a clear explanation for why the price on my oil change was more than normal. When I realized there was a extra charge AFTER he gave me a receipt that was not communicated I was turned away to "call district" when I bought up my concerns. Also, he was sure to point out the amount difference by saying "oh it's just a couple of dollars", I then had to explain it wasn't about the price but the principle of being charged for something I didn't ask/wasn't made aware of. read more

This was the most horrible experience I have ever had and left Jiffy Lube crying by the end of it. My friend and I came around the same time, her car was done with in oil change within 20mins, since I was in the other car bay I was still not finished. I was very understanding that it may take 30-50mins to have an oil change done however things were taking longer than usual. After 1 hour I asked the first person who checked me in, to see if I could kindly get an ETA or if something was wrong or going on that I should be aware of. He stated "I don't know" and asked another associate. The other associate seemed very frustrated and rudely stormed off, likely mad about another car issue, and stated he also did not know. Based on what I saw going on outside I could likely tell there was an issue with the car in front of me so I held off on asking for another 30mins. At that point 1hour and 30mins into waiting I asked the kind elder lady with glasses in the front, if I could please have an ETA on my car. She guessed at an ETA and stated 5mins and stated she didn't really know why it's taking so long as she had been in the back all day. I felt I couldn't do much but continue to sit and wait. It was a very frustrated feeling because I did not see anyone actively at my vehicle and was treated unfairly and the other car was already gone at that point. I think I wouldn't have been so frustrated if I was treated like a person and not spoken to so rudely. After, another 10mins, instead of the 5mins the lady suggested earlier, I noticed associates were were called to my car in particular, and they looked stressed and were speaking loudly to one another. I was at that point very worried and decided I should speak up to everyone so I wouldn't be ignored. I approached the car and said in a clam low tone "Hello, I am a little worried. I've been waiting on the car for an oil change for about an hour and 50mins. I understand it takes a while but I'm now very worried, and I am starting to think there may be something wrong- " it was at that point I was cut off from speaking and was yelled at. A blond lady in her mid 30-40s yelled "Mama, we are the busiest location in the area. You are currently creating a hazard by standing here in my working area." It was the type of loud that everyone in the waiting room could hear and actively see. It was very embarrassing and so frustrating. She then proceeded to say it would be another 10min wait. I didn't say anything bc my voice couldn't come out and just went back inside. I was very shocked because I did not expect to get yelled at in such a way, I think even the other associates were taken a back. I understand now that was not the smartest idea, to approach the car, but I felt as though that was the only option I had left. I understand were the lady who yelled at me was coming from, she's just doing her job but I spoke to her respectfully and in a good tone, I was just hoping she would do the same. When I came inside I saw everyone looking at me and it was mortifying. I was debating asking them to please give me my keys back because I felt tears coming on. My friend, who was also just waiting on my car to finish, then proceed to ask me if I was okay but I couldnt say anything. Maybe 5mins later, a guy who was working on my car comes in to the room and calls me over. I go and he noticed the tears and continued to apologize. He was asking me to confirm a lot of things but at the point I couldn't speak, had been humiliated, rudely spoken to, and I couldn't get a word out so I was just shaking my head. I felt worse because it was not his fault but he kept apologizing and I still couldn't speak. He handed me my keys and let out a raspy/ shakey "thank you." Going to have car maintenance done on your vehicle as a 20 year old girl, with no knowledge/ experience on cars, is very nerve wrecking as it is, I just hope people can be more kind, respectful, and transparent to each other. Wife took her car in for new spark plugs ( an assumption I made based on how the vehicle was acting). without performing any kind of diagnosis on her vehicle, the shop said she needed plugs, coil packs and valve cover replacement. I was sitting in the parking lot when she came to tell me that they were going to charge her $550 dollars. I went inside to speak to the manager to indicate that we were only interested in spark plugs. She stated that it had to be done that way so that we couldnt blame them if something went wrong. i told her that I needed to discuss this outrageous pricing with my wife and that I would be back. I'm sitting in my car with her and doing research and find that the plugs, coil packs and valve cover gasket are only $100. And that we were being charged 450 in labor. About ten minutes go by, I have received another quote from another shop, and we are about to go and let them know that we will be taking our vehicle elsewhere. The manager begins to pull the car in the bay and my wife notifies her that we will be going somewhere else instead, to which the manager replies "well I wish I hadn't already ordered the parts"....... So to recap, they uncharged her on a bunch of parts ( they did no diagnostic) they didn't know if we needed. Got caught, then tried to guilt trip my wife by saying they already ordered the parts. what a joke. Avoid this place at all cost, unless you enjoy being scammed. read more

Just inconsiderate. I dropped my car off at 5:50 for an oil change. I know they close at 7. I told them I was walking across the parking lot to get a pedicure. They said no problem. At 6:52 I called them to tell them I was finishing up. I was across the lot and would walk over to get my car. The lady said no problem she would tell the guys. At 7:02 I get there. It is pitch black, doors locked and my truck is locked in the bay. I'm stranded with no way home. I understand that I was late and they wanted to go home but why not at least call me back and tell me since I had just talked to you 10 mins ago or why not tell me when I called that you were not waiting 1 minute past 7. When I say I'm pissed and will never use this business again. This left me stranded with no way home. read more

I used to be a regular here but unfortunately due to many, many occasions of incompetence or lack of attention to detail while completing service I've decided not to have my vehicles serviced here. But wait, there's more! I'm not sure if some of their personnel are too young or too inexperienced that the level of service they provide falls short by a few miles long. Some of the things they take pride in are: leaving the motor oil drainage plug loose, leaving the car seat dirty, parked vehicles without applying the emergency break, destroying clients car keys and returning them broken like nothing happened, and some times if you're lucky enough you'll experience the NASCAR treatment where they try to get you out of there in a split second. I don't know what happened but along time ago they provided a decent service but now it's just not worth it. My wife and I definitely avoid this place at all cost. Maybe you might have a wonderful experience but now you've been warned. read more

I am writing this review as I was just disconnected with Jiffy Lube upon asking to speak with the manager, I'm assuming I was disconnected intentionally, since no one answers a call in the noisy shop area where cars are getting worked on. This is my second time going to Jiffy Lube, the same location. I should have learned my lesson the first time. The first time I went I had my oil changed. After I left I noticed they didn't reset my computer that notified me that I needed an oil change. I went back two more times for them to fix it right after complaining to the new manager who physically made sure it was done right. Fast forward to today. I go in for an inspection only. I then decided with hesitation to get my oil changed and tires balanced and asked the guy, whose name I didn't get, but I am kicking myself because I always get names, but in my defense I am walking around with pneumonia. As I get in my car I noticed the low tire pressure light is on, which was on to begin with, and they said they would put air in initially. So before driving off, I tell a technician who decided to tell me it will go off after driving around and if not to come back and they will fix it. Never had this problem at the dealership. The dealership make sure you leave right because you are paying for high priced service and they want to keep your business. Then after hanging up on me, a technician called and asked if he left his keys in my car. smh! He didn't. I would have returned them if he did. I don't want Karma hitting me. Long story short, I came home, and my 14 year old reset the system for me, whereas around 5-7 grown man could not. Disappointed. smh read more

BUYER BEWARE: I have been to this location several times to get an oil change done. Today I went in for a complimentary tire pressure check. The front driver tire was very low on air. The guy pulled the hose and acted like he was adding air but in fact he did not. My car gives me the exact tire pressure. It was 24 when I got there. It was 24 when I left and it was 24 after driving around for a little bit. I came back to the location and asked to speak with a mgr to see if he would remedy the situation. He did not believe me. He was not apologetic and was frustrated at the fact that I would question their service. Nobody likes to be lied to. This was a blatant lie for a service they did not perform. It makes me question the oil changes they said they did. Complete lack of professionalism. This place used to be so good but I guess management and the service people have changed. There are many reviews about this place and their steady decline in service. Similar to another reviewer, I also had the experience in the past where they told me a wiper blade was broken and it wouldn't t pass inspection. I told them there was absolutely no way that was broken because it had rained the day before and it was perfectly fine. They accepted to change it free of charge in lieu of a good review. Terrible service replaced an air filter without consent. When we had a Groupon for just an oil change. When I asked for a refund they requested their air filter back. They wanted us to go buy an air filter and to switch out. We took car back and they put old filter back in. They said they went over everything and they did not. Spoke to Greg and he continued to blame us saying we thought is was part of the Groupon and was included. Sad to say a cost of a air filter you loose a customer 20 year customer. Friendly Chevy told me my car should've have been driven and come to find out it's something I can ignore a small small leak...I was told my car couldn't pass inspection due to tire tread...wrong again my inspection is done, ran my diagnostics, quoted tires. They really deserve no stars tell me how I paid $140 for a/c recharge and still have no AIr in hot as Texas heat?! I took it in and Cal said they would put a dye to check for any leaks if no leaks they will clean and take out old Freon then add new Freon . Cal calls me says there are no leaks and he will put in Freon . I agreed . Then I call to see if it's ready after it's been there all day no call to say it is . Cal says they are about to close i can pick it up it's now cold as ice . I get in it's hotter then when I took it in . At first I had cool air now it's hot air ,way worse then before. I've called gone in to talk to Nick and they said it now has a leak and they WILL NOT refund my money . I'm out $140 and still have no ac even tho I paid to have cold air , lol read more

As a woman, at this facility, I have never felt the employees attempted to take advantage of my lack of automobile knowledge or treated me differently (which has happened at other car care facilities). Don't we all know that when you want to save money, it will just cost you more in the long run? People.... avoid this quick oil change places. If you think they hire certified technicians, you are mistaken. Instead they hire any idiot that can turn a screwdriver. We have a car that we only took to the dealer for anything including oil change. This past Thursday, my wife took her car for oil change to this place. As expected, they come and tell you the same BS "this car needs this and this and so on". The oil change was made and yes, the air filter among other things were looked at. Let me make a point ... to check the air fielder, a plastic cover with 4 dealership type screws has to be removed. This guys removed the cover and forgot to put the screws and this is where my complain starts... after tou read this.. think about it before coming here for any service..... The next day the check engine light came on. Took it to Auto-zone so they can check the code on the computer. It turns out that the MASS airflow sensor was the issue of the code and the reason of that is because the 4 screws that hold the plastic cover down was MISSING 2 screws therefore not fully sealing the air coming into the air intake and creating the check engine light to come on either confusing the sensor that sits right in the same area or literally allowing more dirt than normal inside that component. Had it not being for a friend of mine that works as a certified tech for a similar dealership , I would have been spending unnecessary money for something that could have been avoided had THIS place and all quick places hire the right people. When you see signs that says we hire certified people, look around and make your assumption. Don't waste your money and instead invest the little extra to have any work done the right way with the right people. Today... early in the morning I took it in to complain, and they DID nothing about it. The manager was not on site and the person in charge this morning, did not give me the impression that he could defined what certified technician means, so I left. The short version: This location, and Nicholas there specifically, is amazing! I went to a different Jiffy Lube location yesterday and got an oil change and rear break pad replacement. I'll keep it short and just say after I left I didn't make it far before things went wrong. I was closer to this location by this time so Nicholas and his team came to take care of us. And they did. They were very professional, apologetic, and polite. They got us back to their location and went above and beyond on replacements/repairs that they did not have to do. Especially considering they had nothing to do with what caused the trouble. They had us back on the road within the hour. I was ready to get upset about the situation and fight but there was never a need with how they responded. I was extremely impressed and will never take my vehicle anywhere else! read more

I have used them for several years and over the years I feel their service has continued to decline. I felt during my recent visit they were more concerned with upseillig me additional services than providing my oil change. I declined their suggestions and from that point forward all I got was attitude. They left my In-cabin filter and cover laying in my passenger seat. Friendly technicians, always quick and thorough service. I've been coming here for years and haven't had any major concerns. They occasionally try to up-sell items, but it is easy enough to decline as we do minor items like filters and wiper blades ourselves. For oil change and car inspections this is my "go to" place since 2010 when we moved here. I do miss the coffee or water and popcorn that was around for so long. My past 3 visits it was not available. (Early pandemic totally understood why) it's nice to at least have a small drink available while waiting. read more
