I visited this location for an emissions test. This was the FOURTH place I went to try to have this done. The bigger repair shops had excuses as to why they couldn't assist me. The staff here was professional and courteous. It was very hot and they offered water, twice! I have ZERO complaints and I don't know why more customers didn't honk their horn for good service (the sign was near the exit). I went in for an oil change and was convinced to do a coolant exchange for my 2014 Toyota Prius. I paid $111 for the coolant service. The receipt says Coolant Exchange, but the coolant in the system is still pink -- meaning they did not perform a full exchange, only removed some fluid from the reservoir and added universal green coolant (ShellZone MV). Prius specifically requires Toyota Super Long Life Coolant (pink), which they did not use. So in reality, I paid for a full service but only got a partial top-off. I went to have my car inspected, and waited 45 minutes for the car in front of me to be inspected. Then, when I moved into the bay they started inspecting another car that had arrived well after me. When I asked what was going on and why they were doing the other car before me, they said it would only be five minutes. Not only are they SLOW, but they don't appear to want my business. I was not impressed with this location. I am sorry to say. it took 2 hours on Sunday 2-22-26. 3 bays open and only 2 people working. Maybe should have closed at least 1 of the bays to lessen the traffic. The gal working the pits used the front of my truck to climb down and back out of the pit. pulling on the front of my truck, leaving dirty hand prints on my truck. The two workers carrying on conversations riddled with swear words. not professional. I won't be back to this location. read more

Don't waste your time coming here. They are severely understaffed. Timmy requested I go to another lane only to have me waiting longer in! Two cars have left the lane I was already in. He then went to service someone else which made me 3 cars later than I would've been! Erica finally came and helped me after I had to ask for a supervisor and she was very kind and made the visit much better. If you must come, PLEASE only work with Erica. She did explain the low staffing and having some new employees however I cannot raise my rating due to how I was treated by Timmy. Timmy needs a new job and Erica needs a promotion. I will never again have my oil changed at your facility again. Not only did they charge me the highest amount, stating that the lower amount oil wasn't available but you inflated my tire by 10 psi more than what was needed that I could've gotten into an accident in that car. I drove to San Antonio the next day with my daughter in that car. I barely drove that more than a 1000 miles since that oil change and just took it in due to my spark plugs being bad. The mechanic showed me what my oil looks like. It was completely brown. The oil change that you performed wasn't done properly. Truly disappointing in every way. read more

First time here and I am kicking myself for not going here sooner!!! The service here is fantastic, and you can also watch them do everything and explain what is happening. A lot of times at dealership or auto repair places, you have no clue if the servicemen did anything to your car! Just got my car inspected with such ease. I was nervous because I had never used this kind of place for an inspection but Jimmy and his co worker (I didn't get her name!) were AMAZING. I tried 6 times to confirm the availability of an oil filter at different Take Five locstipns and: 1. They said they don't have the filter or 2. The "opetator" forwarded me to the wrong location (Florida instead of Houston) or 3. The "technican" daid he needed the VIN number to look up the filter and then hung up on me. went by to get a state inspection around 11am was told the guy who does the inspection was on break and I should come back afternoon. I went back about 2:30 pm and was told he was now in a meeting and not sure when he would be able to do the inspection. I left without my inspection after 2 attempts guess I will have to go somewhere else to get it done. read more

DO NOT have your vehicle serviced here!! staff is nice but management is HORRIBLE. They broke a piece on my car and I was told the manager would be putting in a claim. I expected to receive some kind of courtesy call from the manager with updates about the issue/claim or even a hey sorry we will get this fixed.. this was two weeks ago and I have heard NOTHING. I had to call corporate to file a claim. Then to top it off I'be had to return twice to this location because the piece thats broken (they zipped tied it) keeps falling and scraping the ground. I specifically requested the manager contact me asap.. this was TWO days ago and NOTHING. I'm not sure if he even ever works. My husband came back pissed off. He went in for a routine inspection and they failed him for tint on his lights. He has passed inspection on the same vehicle for the last 6 years. He has a BMW X5M with the tint package on the headlights and taillights.The mechanic explained that it's up to the inspectors to fail or pass based on this. Which means he failed it because he choose to. So basically he took my husband's 25 dollar inspection fee to fail him at his own discretion. No one has ever mentioned this. No one. Something is not right with this place. I suggest avoiding this location. I wanted to update my review a day later since he went somewhere else and passed and the tint wasn't questioned. Avoid this location for inspection. I wouldn't trust this place for a routine oil change at this point. read more

I was in and out within 5 minutes for an oil change! Really appreciate this service, having little kids it's so much easier to do this drive through option. All the staff were really friendly and even gave me a cold bottle of water and offered me capri suns for the kiddos. Oil change was $74 (I have a jeep grand cherokee). Will def be back! read more
