do not take your car here! I repeat, do not! we had a perfectly healthy car and took it in for a standard oil change. the finished and as my husband gets in, he realizes they forgot to reset the "check oil" light. when he told the about it they told him he could just "do it himself". He had to go pick up our son from soccer, so he just went ahead and did it. the drive immediately after he realized something wasn't right. The car was making gurgling sounds, shaked when trying to accelerate and then squeaked on turns. The next day, our check engine light went on and then the "check transmission light went on". We called them immediately and they said to bring in the car. We did and they said "yeah we didn't do anything wrong because we just changed the oil" and was not accepting that the problem only started happening after the oil change. We just took it to an automotive shop and told them the entire story and they replied with "we would have gotten fired if we did that". mistakes happen but I was encouraged to make this review because accountability was not taken. read more

Today I stopped in for a "quick" oil change. However, quick is not how I would describe the service. The attended pulled me in explaining they had not finish two other vehicles before mine, which is how it should be, since they were there before me. However, after 45 minutes they were still working on the first car. It appeared the cars battery had died, however, the driver forgot to put her foot on the brake while pressing the start button. Now, I get this isn't their fault, but with three attendants, one could have still worked on the next vehicle. They then tell me "they" have to finish the other car and will get to me. Again, there are three attendants working on one car at a time. In the middle of the second car, two of the attendants disappear for about 10 minutes. It's now been an hour that I have been sitting here as three attendants are unable to complete an oil change under 20 minutes. This has literally been the longest I have ever been at a Take 5. Ignore these three jokers at all costs. Drive the extra 15 minutes to a different location. read more

It was a lovely experience. I drove up and they greeted me with a nice cold bottle of water. The gentleman were very friendly and helpful. They explained everything they were going to do to my car detail. I just needed a basic oil change. They showed me my dirty air filter. So of course I bought a new one. Total for my oil change and my air filter was only $151. I really felt that was reasonable as I have paid more in the past at other places. read more

Depending on which location we're speaking about. Tried a different Take 5 location nearby that seemed to have a lack of focus/organization in doing whatever they were suppose to be doing. Some just stood &/or wondered around. One was on his phone but may have been on a break. Causing a timely backlog of customers waiting to be served. Some customers became discouraged and drove away. More like a Take 50 on this particular day & location, than a Take 5. Management eventually became aware and worked to resolve the issues. I wish them well but sadly I'll be driving a little further out of my way, to another location next time. Maybe even a competitor. read more

Oil change was pretty fast , you guys provided good service went above and beyond , even offered me a drink . I love how they check your tires, check air cabin filter etc and tell you which oil they recommend you. I will be going to this location for future! Came here 06/19/2021 The manager Tyrone is absolutely awesome. He's hardworking, clear and concise, and has great customer service. He brought waters to my passenger and I as soon as we pulled up. I've been coming to Take 5's for a few years now and this is by far my favorite location. Although it's out the way for me, I'll be coming to this location every time from now on. He is constantly communicating w his staff, Ben and Melissa, who also did a great job. This location runs like a well-oiled machine. read more

Went twice on 3/25/22 (yesterday) 1st time - just sat there, no one approached vehicle just ignored my presence; so I drove into bay, sat again, NO ONE acknowledged my presence. So "hello! I'm here for an Oil Change!!" Not gonna happen ‍ - was his professional response (didn't bother to get his name), system is down. I just drove off after thanking him. 2nd time - a few hours later just sat there, no one approached vehicle AGAIN different staff ignored my presence AGAIN I take it upon myself to drive into empty bay, this time I sat there waiting to get approached by any 3 of the staff there (2 standing around) after 5 minutes of me watching and waiting for acknowledgement AGAIN I say HELLO is the system up yet? Lawrence responds with yes, but you shouldn't just drive into the bay. I'm like but I need an oil change and no one has acknowledged me. Lawrence says we're all busy I'm like - it's only one car and 3 of you (1 other guy & a girl) next time acknowledge your customer and don't just let me sit around waiting to be noticed Lawrence had a super bunch of excuses for his lack of customer service and directed me to park behind the car they were working on, but the only other guy there apologized and gave me an icy cold water. Unbeknownst to me, after sitting there till my water got hot another vehicle pulled in behind me and not only did staff approach they opened a bay and provided service. I lost it!! I WALK INTO BAY AND LAWRENCE LOST IT No No No No you can not walk into the bay After a heated argument I stuck my middle finger up to Lawrence and bounced! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! read more

I've been here a half dozen times and have, in fact, left a number of 5 star reviews. The people are polite and professional and usually do a stellar job. My complaint this time, and reason I may not be back, is that they had me wait for over 20 min then told me that they don't have a filter for my car. So, the better part of a half hour for nothing, and now I have to find another place to get my oil changed on a day when I am already short of time. Just gonna throw out there that, if there is a wait, it's probably best to have someone check to make sure there is a reason to have someone sit in line. read more

The guy doing my oil changed is under my car calling " customers " idiots and crack heads for not putting water in their cars. Started saying that old man that just left was an idiot for complaining the " oil tech " was rude. It's like he is pissed being at work. Do not come to this location. Dart has the best customer service ever. He's out here busting his balls in 100 degree weather and ensuring we're taken care of to the full extent. He also hooked it up with a slight discount. Usually always get my maintenance done at the dealership where I purchased my car but this is the only other vehicle maintenance location ill visit! read more

oil change run for your life rip off the young man told me i could only get 1 of 2 oil chages the 89.00 0r the 99.00 one. keep in mind my truck is a 2019 they said they checked the tires that was a lie . they said they checked the filter that was a lie . i would have bought one if they showed me . i knew it needed to be replaced. the only thing they did was fill the washer fluid It ended up costing a whopping 121.00 for just an oil change RUNNNNN FROM THIS PLACE CROOKS read more

I went to have my car inspected so I can get my license plates. They were very professional and only charged me $7.00 another oil change location wanted to charge me $25.50. Tyronne and Jose were extremely helpful and courteous. They made the process easy and was very informative/knowledgeable about the products being used on my vehicle.. Jose performed a multi-inspection on my truck and notified me that I had a leak in my coolant. They offered solutions, but weren't too pushy. Overall fantastic experience.
