I was able to take my car in that afternoon and it was taken in right away. They showed me what my brakes currently looked like and made a recommendation for service. Once I agreed they called to get parts and began working on my vehicle. The staff was friendly and efficient. The price was fair for the work I needed done. I would say it was comparable to other places. The difference here was the friendliness of the staff, the offer to show me why I needed the work done that they said I needed, and the time it took them to get me in and out. I went to get food at a nearby restaurant while I waited and they even brought me my car keys into the restaurant when servicing was done!

Unfortunately, this Jiffy Lube just happens to be the closet place to my driveway, and with the engine light seemed like a smart place to take it. Wrong. The lack of any other customers should have been a clue. They did change the oil, and regarding the engine light, ran a test and determined that whatever it is was likely a mistake due to brake fluid and then reset it without permission and assured it was fine. They did check out the brake fluid, which I am aware of because they entirely left the cap as well as the air filter cover completely OFF and sitting in the top of my hood. Only to be discovered once at home. Since the experience, there is also something that was left loose in the bottom of the car that flaps in the wind every time you drive more than 25 mph. From observation and interaction, all of these mistakes seemed likely due to the employees being under the influence of something. What, I cannot determine with confidence, but they certainly were not reacting and responding as any other person would. Do not, under any circumstance, take your car here for ANYTHING!

I gave Jacob a call, and he gave me a very reasonable quote and best time to come in for service. He even gave me knowledgeable recommendations for the best battery to buy for my vehicle, and he was *on-point* because it was the same brand I bought after researching with glowing reviews (Interstate). When I arrived, Jacob not only greeted me kindly but offered water and the TV remote while I waited for my battery to be switched out. I saw a sparkling clean restroom for customers, as well.
