Since I was in a hurry, I didn't mention the air pressure again and ended up going to Discount Tire later to fix it. Another issue was with my information in their system. I'd never been there before, but somehow, they already had a profile for me with incorrect details. The name on my receipt was a mix of my last name and someone else's, and the email address on file wasn't mine at all, but they had my correct home address. I Thankfully, I asked for a printed receipt, or I wouldn't have caught this. My suggestion for the customer/shop is to double-check customer information in their system and verify it with the client to avoid confusion and ensure receipts go to the correct email address

My Corolla needed to have the brake pads replaced as they were already starting to make an ugly…read morenoise. I drive by this shop all the time and they're always very busy so they must be good, right? I figured I would give them a try. I purchased my brake pads at OReilly's next door for the front and rear brakes. I took the car to SHM and the workers were all very friendly. I paid $40 for the rear and front brakes to be replaced and the job took a little over an hour to do. All in all I was very satisfied with the results and the customer service provided. I will definitely be coming back in the future.
