Went to get an oil change around 12:30PM on a weekday. This location was super busy. There were 4 people waiting when I arrived, and about 3 more people pulled up behind me shortly after. The employee greeted me when I pulled up. I waited about 25 minutes in my car before they escorted me to the waiting area. Unfortunately, there was no indoor place to wait. They had 5 chairs outside and people were waiting there. I waited outside for another 15-20 minutes for the oil change; it was a bit chilly but at least they had chairs. Ended up being $38 for conventional oil, and that was after my $25 off coupon had been applied. They also told me one of my air filters were dirty and could be relaced for $29.99. When I declined, they brough it down to $15 lol. I still declined though. Overall, it was an okay experience. Probably went during the busiest time of the day, but it was okay since it was my last errand for the day. Be prepared to wait and bring a book or something! And don't be pressured to spend more money than what you were planning to read more

I had an oil leak and the very polite and helpful attendant said they'd be happy to take a look. They found the oil filter wasn't on tight, so adjusted it to make it secure. The attendant noticed my washer fluid was low so just topped it off as a courtesy! Their honesty, efficiency and helpfulness really impressed me. Definitely recommend. read more

I rep I always run into is Miguel he's super friendly and very knowledgeable and gets the job done quick and efficient for my family and I every time I need to go in for oil change or even to checkout anything else I may need. My fluids are always topped off and tires checked and pressured. They definitely have great value as employees along with their service and parts( never had to replace their parts ) . I went Im For an oil change and 2 weeks later my engine is rattling and my oil gauge is flickering up and down, someone with common sense would agree these jiffy employees were the last people to touch my oil and now it's acting up something happened, I put a case number but since the manager says he sees nothing wrong with them being the last to touch my oil and now it's acting faulty, he can deny my case and relieve his workers from any wrong doing, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! I came here for an oil change and vehicle inspection. To my surprise, there was no wait at all! Usually I end up having to wait a minimum of 45 minutes, especially around lunch time. I was in and out in less than 25 minutes. This location is not quite as nice as some of the other locations which is the only reason why I took a star off. The new one on Potranco has a big screen TV and massage chair. This one doesn't even have a TV let one the fancy massage chair. Overall, this was a very positive experience. My 1st time getting my oil change went fine. The 2nd time not so well. Its sad that as a female I have had mechanics lie to me so often that I mess with them for fun as they try to get me to pay for extra unneeded services. I was just planning to just not come back, but decided I'd post this for those who don't know anything about cars. Do not just listen to these guys tell you that extra items are needed each time you go in. Get second opinions and in my opinion do your actual repairs at an full scale garage not these types of "oil change" places. So, if you go here or anywhere else fir that matter, know what oil they are putting into your car. Google the product details and know for yourself what that the recommended mileage expectancy is for that oil. Know for a fact, that most garages, as this one did, will try to cut that in half to make more money off your ignorance. To the mechanic who I met on my 2nd time yet last time to this Jiffy Lube. You should be ashamed of yourself for giving me a hard time and trying your hardest to publicly shame me into believing your lies. Just because I'm a woman does not mean I don't know anything about cars. I was raised by wonderful parents who taught ALL of us how to take care of our vehicles, homes, and finances. We weren't taught based on our gender, but equally. I watched my father not only fix our cars, but clean and cook as well. Update, so after posting an update about how no one had contacted me and that the Automated response to my review did not lead to anything because they never call you. Someone sent me an email saying " the district manager will contact you I have forward home the message". I said probably the same bad attitude guy, that basically talked over me and what he said went. ( probably how he treats his staff). So he did and this is what he said to me and I quote. " Hi, they told me to contact you? I know I had talk d to you once before, sooo." They I asked him, are you still standing with the no reimbursement? Then he said, " yep" Then I said ok, I will maintain my review. He hanged up and so did I. This is to prove that they really don't care about costumer satisfaction, and really don't pride on it, they are just a bunch of BS as a company, district manager included, don't really know why main bosses don't contact me. I work for a company where if my GM can not fix the problem or make it right ( Rare) then the Big boss calls you ( always makes time) and talks to the costumer. This place messed up my car. They broke the wiper handle in my car. When I left my car for inspection. Everything was fine when I left it. When I came back my bro saw the handle in my cup holder. They didn't tell me the pice was broke off. The guy passes my car for inspection. How is my car passed if the wiper handle is broken off. I need my wipers if it rains or use my wiper fluid. I left my car in one peace. I expect my car back in one peace. The manager didn't care and the guy who did the inspection was hiding. Don't go to Jiffy Lube. They don't care what you need. Had an amazing experience at Jiffy Lube today. The staff was friendly, honest and informative. Service was quick. There were multiple cars ahead of me and I was still able to get in and out in an hour. Prices were comparable but I would definitely be willing to pay a few extra dollars to go here. Also, the oil change includes a complimentary window wash and a quick vacuum as they do the oil-change. I am definitely going back here next time and would recommend to friends! read more

Went to get an inspection and was told that I needed a wiper blade. I had just replaced my wiper blades 3 months prior so I decided to go to autozone for a blade instead of making the purchase at jiffy lube. Don't recommend this location, try a different one with better management. Dropped off car to get oil changed and 4 hours later I had to call in to see if my car was done. When I went back to pick my car they said my car was done 3 hours ago but neglected to call and inform me. Still waited 25 minutes to pay after it all. only went to use a GROUPON. Wish i hadn't. Oil leaked out and left a puddle under my SUV. I checked it later and all the oil was gone ! could have ruined my engine. And, I was drilled about adding some other service with sarcastic comments coming from the machanics. wont go there again. Just notice that my heater isn't working now...not sure if that was them. They put on the oil filter wrong (they claimed the filter was defective) and all my oil leaked out. For this, an air filter, and a coolant top-off, I was billed $65. They tried to make it up to me with $20 off for the next time, but there won't be a next time. I'll never be going back there. read more

First time to this location. Employee open my hood and broke the handle. Said it was defective and that happens. I told them that was just replace like 4 months ago. It don't take much to open my hood so he must of yang it! Then they demonstrate how to open my hood since it's broken. Come to find out my hood wasn't closed right.
