Pacho gave me instructions to his shop and even stood out front with a flashlight to make sure I got there OK. Took the car for a test drive and checked it from bumper to bumper. He diagnosed a problem with the transmission, but it was too big to fix that night. He also found that my car was very low on oil and filled it up. He calmed my fears and got me safely back on the road. After almost an hour of work, the only money he would take was to pay for the oil! They charged me $80 an hour labor to work on my Lincoln Town Car, which is the average labor cost across the Country, and $60 for picking it up at my house and towing it to their garage, which is below average towing costs. All in all, I'm very satisfied with them and recommend them to anybody that needs their car serviced. Bonnell's is a family owed business that has been repairing and servicing cars for well over 50 years. You know to last that long, it HAS to be very good place to have your auto worked on.

The gentleman that I picked up my keys from was friendly though, I think it's the same guy that helped me on my previous visit (the owner maybe?). Anyways, other than the initial poor customer service experience, they again did a great job in repairing my vehicle. They were pretty busy so they said they couldn't look at my car for a few days, I brought it back to them 3 days later and I had the car back in my driveway by the end of the same day. Chances are pretty good I'll take my car there again when it inevitably needs repair again, however that time I'm just going to stand there and stare back until I'm greeted properly.
