Luca was picked up by Final Gift from our home-vet, then transported to their facility. My wife and I picked him up 2 days later. Final Gift placed his cremains into a beautiful, well-made, bamboo urn that was provided complimentary, the urn was then placed inside a blue velvet bag. We purchased a hand-made urn and transferred Luca once home and found inside, his cremains were placed into a blue silk pouch bag. Such quality and such care given to our cherished pet.
