Dr Dave tailored muscle strengthening exercises so they were more advanced and athletic focused, complimenting my regular weight lifting routine. He asked great questions upon my arrival, and listened to not only what my immediate problem areas were but also about my general goals from massage therapy. He does not do a "cookie cutter" massage; while he went over all areas, he tailored my massage to areas that needed extra attention. And he checked in a few times regarding the pressure he was applying and it was always in par for me (but trust me he can 'turn it up' when required.)
