First was when my father in law was there…read more He had been to multiple doctors and hospitals and finally after a fall and visit there he was diagnosed with Parkinsons dementia. He had some atypical symptoms but they helped to get the appropriate diagnosis and helped us get him into hospice which gave him even more services that he needed for free. Next my husband was taken there after a fall and they got plastic surgeon to stitch up his eye lid which was cut all the way through. It healed well and years later he has no visible scar. Recently my husband who is now in his 70s woke up and was so dizzy nauseated and in pain we called the rescue squad. They wanted to take him to Bolingbrook hospital but my father in law had been there and they were no help so we requested Rush Copley even though it was a little further. He had a good experience, with a thorough work up for everything and they scanned his head and whole torso.. Thankfully it was just symptoms from a combo of a sinus thing and intestinal inflammation. They gave him some meds to get him stable. Sent him home with some meds and gave him referrals. The hospital was busy but they got him into quickly and I think we were out of there before lunch time. Very caring staff, doctors etc. The only issue I had was that I was not able to go with him and when I called to get info on his condition nobody called me back. I called twice and really just wanted to know how serious it was while I waited for my son to get here to drive me there. I'd say a couple hours. When we got there there was no explanation of why someone could not have called to let me know he was not dying. Since his care was good I did not mar down for that but it is something they should work on as when we arrived it did not seem like they were overly busy and someone could have relayed at least a general message about his condition. If we ever need to go again I will choose this hospital.

The ladies at the front desk are really nice do a great job of scheduling appointments, calling with reminders and answering any questions. My nurse Beth is great. She's been most helpful since I've started coming here. My doctor is okay. The clinic itself is very clean and I love sitting in the waiting area listening to crazy old vets and their war stories. It's quite entertaining. When I call to schedule appointments they can normally get me in pretty quick and they are flexible with their schedule. They always have openings. I used to go to Dreyer, but honestly I prefer this place. I never have to wait and I've never had any issues.

I want to also extend my thanks to the greeter who met me nearly every morning at the visitors' desk. You have a gem in Toledo - his empathy, thoughtfulness and caring were beyond exceptional and his warmth made each visit a bit less hard to endure. Overall I can not say enough about this facility. I told them over the phone I didn't know when I could reschedule so I needed to cancel it for the time being. They said they would take care of it. That was on a Sunday. So, why then did I keep receiving emails and texts about this appointment that they supposedly cancelled for me? I called again on a Saturday and same thing, "they took care of it". I then emailed them because I was still getting notifications about this appointment and over email they said they would take care of it. Today, day of the appointment that "they cancelled", I get another two texts! I'm beyond frustrated with this whole ordeal. I should not and have never had to contact an office this many times to try to cancel an appointment. I cannot speak on behalf of their services but this experience trying to get an appointment cancelled, with more than a week's notice, is just so insane to me! I've never had issues like this ever. I will not be rescheduling with this office.

I came in tonight to get a school physical for my son . I was completely overwhelmed as I had my toddler and newborn with me as well. Unfortunately, I had a small "emergency" occur while in the waiting room. The nurse and receptionist quickly and discreetly assisted me with the issue at hand. They could clearly see I had my hands full and showed nothing but compassion and kindness to this frazzled mom. The physical was completed by the physician efficiently and we were in an out of there in record time .
