The prices are fair and the quality of merchandise is impeccable. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and always eager to offer assistance. There motto is: "Thus ain't no museum, this junk is for sale!" In my option it's worth to trip to White Settlement to check out this place. In response to a prior review, a shop at this price point isn't going to hold furniture based on a verbal request - they don't have the stock space or profit margin. Maybe 24 hours if they're being really nice and you are a long term customer. Totally unrealistic expectations.

I found a couple of darling things for good prices that I'm very excited for, and I was very pleasantly surprised to see several staff members roaming the store, with one kind woman offering to hold our items up front while we shop! Everything I said about this place in my previous review, still rings true but they do have a lot of clothing that older women find appealing. So we found a beautiful smock blouse, long and floaty in a nice bright red and we brought it up to the counter. It was $160 plus with tax and all the girl did was wad up in a ball and stuff in a bag , but she even had to ask if we wanted a bag. Really these people don't care about what they're selling behind the counter I was appalled Do we want a bag? Did you think we were gonna wear it out? And what of the merchants there wouldn't they appreciate having their stock treated a little bit better with a little bit more respect.?

The dealer was amicable to our offer and came right down to remove it from their display. We went up the street while they did n came back shortly to find it ready and one of the owners of the mall offered to even give us a blanket to pack it in our vehicle but we were fine. We were also offered to help with loading, but we were fine again. They're friendly in here and have a really broad selection for collectors of every level. But ya gotta dive in ! We know we walked past the screen we bought before but sometimes if you're looking for something in your minds eye, you don't see other things. Yesterday we were looking for chinoiserie and zeroed in right on it.

Since then, Docs has been or first choice for vinyl purchases of all levels. We are not collectors, really. I'm fine with a $7 Led Zeppelin disc with some magic marker on it as long as the vinyl plays well. We try to keep it $15 or under per record, though we've broken this rule a few times. At that level, there are always fun finds here at Docs. The selection is large in all genres. We found all three Stealer's Wheel records in a single trip. My rare 70s rock like Be-Bop Deluxe, Crack The sky, and Sweet comes through regularly at reasonable prices. And don't forget to check the new arrivals bin. Highly recommended!

There is so much to browse, go through, and check out as you walk around. Organization of their inventory and labeling is top notch for a record vinyl shopper myself. I appreciate the clear and beautifully written (easy to read too!) labels for every single artist in their respective genre sections. There is no guessing whether they have the artist you want or not. You can even see, across the aisle from you, what artists are on the opposite aisle from you at just a glance. Doc's labels their record tabs front AND back! Oh what a dream for me who usually has a list of records I am looking for. Each vintage vendor and nook is worth taking your time in exploring. We saw such a wide variety and range of vintage clothing, memorabilia, shoes, artwork, purses, glassware, and knick knacks. I also saw several sale items that were worth a look through if you don't get enticed to just take it home. I found some cool vintage purses and 90's band shirts I had to have. Even though I was here for the records and bought well over a half a dozen of a mix of single and albums on vinyl I was super pleased with the variety of vintage and new/artisan stuff they had for sale here. The decor and even the Doc's merch are pretty unique and worth taking pictures of for remembering you came to such a unique and fun place. I love the mural and logo outside before you walk in this modern giant warehouse. Parking was super easy and overflow free parking across the street is just steps away from the front door. The employees are welcoming and happy to help you find what you're looking for. When I visited, the store was 50% off, so I walked away with some great deals. I think the non-sale pricing is fair as well. There was a decent selection of women's clothing and home goods that I spent about an hour sorting through. Like all thrift stores, some of it is junk, but I found lots of great quality pieces. I'll be adding this store to my thrift rotation for sure!
