My Invisalign results were disappointing--my teeth never became fully straight--and when I brought this up, he was defensive and dismissive rather than receptive. What's worse, my final interaction with Dr. Mark Takeda (the son) was shockingly unprofessional. He became visibly agitated, raised his voice, and even pointed at me in a confrontational manner. I have never been treated with such disrespect by a healthcare professional in my life. His behavior was rude, aggressive, and completely out of line. The staff has always been wonderful, but after that experience, I have lost all confidence in Dr. Mark Takeda's (the son) professionalism and skill. I will not be returning and strongly advise anyone considering Invisalign here to look elsewhere.

She had a cleaning in December 2022, we went back in Jan 2023 for a toothache and was told everything is fine. Another cleaning in June 2023, everything was fine. Recently same tooth (from Jan 2023) started hurting again. The office got us right in and discovered it's a cavity so bad it will need a root canal but we had to be referred to an oral surgeon. It seems odd that a tooth would go from being fine, fine, fine to now needing a root canal. I don't know why it wasn't caught sooner, especially when we first brought this up almost a year ago. It's an extremely expensive mistake that I am having to pay for.

I had prior work done, I've seen the full mouth x rays before, but they charged me to take more. Not only is a system failure concerning, but to charge me for their mistake & "comfort" me by assuring me my insurance covered most of it is unacceptable. The hygienist asked me where I wanted to start on the next visit since I require multiple things. I said I'm unsure, let's ask the dentist. The dentist looked for 7 seconds (without gloves.) and he confirmed we should start on the crown. The crown he wanted to replace was on the wrong side and it was a crown their office just did not long ago. All very concerning to say the least. Will not go back.
