To many kids in one classroom (at this age) is NOT good for the child or teacher. An aid was eventually added but not sure if that helped. Nitika (the owner) was ok. Not great not terrible just ok. Henni (the director) was actually excellent with kids, they loved her. She was patient & communicated well, but ultimately everything goes through Nitika. So, we're now forced to seek a new childcare location with only 2 weeks before school starts, and she looses all her friends, teachers she loves, etc. They provided no good explanations of why this happened, beyond "we have other families who have multiple kids on the bus" and "we prioritize people who are already in the program" -- which are both BS because our son JUST freed up a spot AND she has been there for almost 5 years, so they've had plenty of notice we would be needing before/after school care. So, they pushed us out, essentially because we only have one child there now, in favor of other people who had more. I'll add that they own and run a second bus in the afternoons that they don't run in the mornings because "staff are expensive" except they are one of the most expensive child care options in the area. All of that said, it *IS* a good school, and this situation was handled in a really really bad way.
