My job was in a big UAB office building that did not have an active cafeteria, so they would have food trucks come serve us multiple times a month. Satay n Roll was definitely my favorite. I would usually get the Bagel Roll, and then pair it with either fried rice, fried dumplings, or crab angels, depending on my mood. Satay n Roll stays moving around, so I had not eaten from the truck since I left the Birmingham area. Luckily, I came into town this week and was able to track them down; they post a schedule on Facebook. I got the Bagel Roll, of course, and crab angels with a Diet Coke. It's a heavy meal, but yummy. The staff is also super nice. I would go on another adventure to track them down again!

I ordered the crab angels and fried dumplings. They were so good! The dumplings were crispy and delicious with the sweet chili sauce they were served with. The crab angels were crispy, creamy, and perfectly sweet with duck sauce. They were so good I forgot to take a picture. Thank you, Satay n Roll for making food that got my mom to eat. This meal is the only thing she's taken more than two bites of since she was admitted.
