Absolutely Outstanding!…read more One of the best Indo-Chinese restaurants I've ever been to! From the moment we walked in, the positive vibe, beautiful ambiance, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere stood out. It's also pet-friendly, which is a huge plus! The staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful. Reservations are recommended, but definitely not required. We were a party of 9 and were seated within about 20 minutes without a reservation. Now, let's talk about the food--WOW! Every dish was absolutely finger- and plate-licking good. The balance of spices and flavors was spot on. The star ingredient in each dish truly stood out, while the other spices and ingredients complemented it perfectly and elevated the entire dish. The chicken and shrimp dishes were phenomenal, and every vegetarian dish we tried was equally fantastic. Each bite made us want another one! Everything tasted freshly prepared, flavorful, and beautifully balanced, without that artificial aftertaste you sometimes get elsewhere. We were completely stuffed and had zero room for dessert... but somehow ended up ordering the Dubai Chocolate Mousse, Rose Falooda, and Gajar Halwa with Rasmalai. And OMG--what a decision! Every dessert was outstanding and the perfect way to finish an already incredible meal. Amazing food, fantastic ambiance, wonderful service, and a great overall experience. Highly, highly recommended!

I love the touch of Parle G biscuits, reminds me of back home in India. Everything we tried was so delicious! Our favorite was SPDP, KFC sandwich, vadapav. Their gulab jamun is probably one of the best I have ever had. Our server was awesome, super efficient and friendly.

This is a soul food Halal restaurant and the food was good. We had lots of options to try out and each One was delicious. I had the Grandpa meal which came with to big pieces of fried whiting fish , Mac and cheese, sweet potatoes soufflé and collard greens. My boyfriend had the Mac fish which was pretty interesting. It was a lemon pepper whiting fried fish on a long sub roll with Mac and cheese on top . We also had dessert, the chicken wings, and french fries. Fried whiting 7/10 Mac and cheese 10/10 Sweet potatoes soufflé or mashed sweet potatoes 8/10 Collard greens 6/10 Mac fish 8/10 Fried chicken season very well 8/10. Food was way too salty. Saw a post on instagram showing this place off and it looked really good, so i went yesterday. The inside is clean, nothing crazy, but there wasnt really any service. The person behind the counter didnt greet us or anything, she just instructed us to go to the register at the end whenever we are ready to order. When it came time to order, we walked over and she told us we had to order whatever we wanted ourselves on a small tablet attached to their register, which is whatever. We ordered the philly and the fish sandwich w the mac and cheese on it. When done ordering, of course the screen asked for a tip (despite them not really doing anything besides standing there and watching us order) which is annoying anywhere you go. Our drive home is only 15min away, but when we opened my side of fries they were so soggy they drooped when you picked them up. Flavor was decent on them, just needed to be crispier. As for the philly, the only thing positive about it was the portion size. It was too salty, had barely any cheese (they offer extra cheese but for $4), had no bell peppers or onions. It was just meat, bread, and a little bit of cheese. As for the fish sandwich, it was extremely salty to the point it was inedible. It was also a pretty big portion size, but other than that, there were no other positive things about it. We ended up eating the mac and cheese off of the sandwich and throwing the rest away.

We arrived about two hours prior to them closing, which turned out to be perfect, as we beat the crowd and before they stopped taking orders. That was my only negative observation, many people were turned away nearly an hour before closing. I know I would have been upset if I drove all the way to Decatur and couldn't place an order. Hopefully, they will improve their processes so everyone can experience the greatness that they're cooking up! When we arrived, one of the owners greeted us with a lively personality. She handed us menus and told us to select a seat. The seating is spacious, and you can opt to sit at the bar, a table, or outdoors. It's open seating, so it's first come, first served. After selecting a seat, our server arrived shortly thereafter and let us know that the shrimp fries were out of stock before we ordered. We were hungry, so we already knew what we wanted to order. I chose the "THAT SH!T SLAMBING" with feta cheese, initially opting out of the fries, but I don't think the server heard me, and my husband ordered the "Who Wants Beef" with fries. Everything was cooked fresh to order, so there was a slight wait. I would recommend planning accordingly if you're really hungry, as the wait maybe longer than expected. We also shared a Jumex Nectar, as they only had one left. While waiting, I was told they were out of feta cheese, though I saw a dish with feta come out after ours; however, they may have ordered it before us. I was still a bit disappointed, as I believe the feta would have taken my lamb burger to another level. When our food arrived, it was hot and fresh. I was glad I ended up with fries, as I was hungrier than I thought. The burgers were amazing and seasoned to perfection. You can tell the chef is cooking with passion, as you can taste it in every bite. I also appreciate that they utilize farm-to-block sourcing, providing fresh, handcrafted, high-quality food. If you've been considering dining here, don't hesitate any longer, just go! Be sure to arrive early or call ahead for takeout. I highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again!

It's from 3-6pm Monday through Thursday (I believe). They have $6-8 cocktails and a variety of food in the $5-10 range. The food was all fantastic, as was our waiter. He constantly checked on us, kept the complimentary bread supplied, and gave great recs for both food and cocktails. I love a waiter who explains the menu so you know what you're getting into beforehand. As we were leaving, it was torrentially down-pouring and the host was so kind to let me borrow his umbrella to get to my car. It's rare to find this level of hospitality these days and it made my already great experience here even better.

Spots I would rather recommend for a nice night out are Delbar, Rumi's, and Yalda. My friends and I tried the Muhammara Dip, the Feta Cheese Rolls (reminiscent of spanakopita but no spinach and in roll form), the Truva Dumplings, and the Iskender Kebab. The Iskender Kebab and the Muhammara were the best of the bunch, but overall I think I was expecting more punch from the spices and greater nuance in the flavors of each dish. The thing I honestly enjoyed most was the complimentary bread and sun-dried tomato dip, which has gotten a number of shoutouts of Yelp already. I would come back to this spot to get a handful of appetizers, eat that bread, and hang out for a few hours. It does seem like the restaurant needs more staffing. Everyone we saw was very kind, but it took a long time to get a server's attention whenever we needed something.
