growing up in the area, born and raised, always appreciated and adored the beauty of Broadstone Talavera! now blessed with a amazing opportunity to dwell commute in its loving walls, and greatly appreciating Alliance property management and the office of Talavera to accommodate to me and my roommates special and unique tenant situations. The first time i walked through the arches of this palace of a office i was greeted from the up-most kind and caring office management I have ever experienced! it felt like home and my mom was giving me a walk through! :P seriously it was one of the best experiences i have ever had her name was Susan!=] she was so sweet, that when we were doing a walk through, their was a man and his elder father who were applying as well, when we did our walk through she was so concerned of our hydration and fatigue and literally had one arm on the elderly man and helped him walk down the street and up the stairs! almost made me cry!=*] After seeing the AMAZINGLY gorgeous well thought and laid out model! I explained how i was self employed and have my home businesses, my best friends / roommates care giver , and a student! Also i explained through charts , graphs and bank statements of my companies weekly and monthly expansion and growth rate, also having a wrongful charge on my credit that was being legally disputed, but even through all of this they helped guide me and wanted to do everything they can to get my application approved! and so it did!^_^ taking a couple months to get settled in and set up my studios and businesses, even with minor maintenance problems , they have been very understanding and mutual respected of my large and frequent amount of guest and have been the best and speediest in all maintenance issues!:D their actually having a pluming and house maintenance company going through every apartment to do a diagnostic to evaluate if everyone's air conditioning and heating is working at its optimal efficiency and trying to help everyone save money on their power bill gates and multiple security patrols! oasis of a pools and spas! awesome gym! the landscape "green belts" jogging trails are the BEST part! like having your own lil get away! i go out their and relax all the time and its amazing for my puppy and bigger dogs! upper class fancy lounge house inside the palace of a office! all my friends and everyone say they love how pretty and fancy this place is! i am so happy i want to approach to buy it!;D bahahahha!xD a lil expensive but so worth it! read more

I will say I've been living here for 9 months and i love it . This apartments are good , but definitely needs an upgrade . My fridge has dents the floors looks like they coming off from the side where the fridge goes . You put in a work order request they never get back at you . You gotta keep calling the office to see when someone is going to come. the job the maintenance does is good , but effortless . It always smells like dog and cat piss every day ! And the pool is dirty like they don't clean the pool area .... the rent here is not cheap . The security men that "walks" around they all worthless . They don't do nothing , once in awhile I see them walking around . Not too long ago someone scratched my truck !!!! I'm pissed because all the money I pay I should at least feel like my vehicle is safe . One time a Homeless guy also slept in back of my truck . !!!! I've called the office if they can comp me a garage ,' because for sure ain't paying $100 Iam a paying tenant I shouldn't have my personal stuff being vandalized or be scared that someone is sleeping in back of my truck . I'll will report this issue to corp because I find it ridiculous ! The people upstairs make so much noise the walls are so thin ! You can hear everything! I recommend to rent else where or buy a house . Pls do some research on the place you will be renting for awhile . Because I'm dying to get out of this place . read more

Good Day - We've been here almost 3 years and sure we've had a few challenges. BUT, what complex doesn't have issues?? It's all about response time & the way things are handled. The reason Broadstone Talavera stands apart from other "cookie cutter" apartment complexes is that the office responds quickly to issues as they arise and are completely professional. The office team is always eager to please and were overly generous and patient when I recently was laid off and out of work for 6months. The team empathized and were so compassionate during this low time. Not to mention they made every effort to accommodate my new situation and worked with me in detail. Niki and her amazing team went over and beyond their normal call of duty and kept me off the street. I will always remember their kindnesses. Broadstone is a wonderful place to live and it's showcased by it's office team. The grounds are beautifully kept, quiet and the walking trails of Summerlin are amazing with visible security all throughout the day, great for dog lovers. Plus+ Pottery Barn & PF Chang's less than a mile away - Wow. Think twice before believing comments posted from new renters. read more

This place is great! I will be extending my lease... Our rent is 890 and we end up paying between 900-950 a month. The rent is obv due on the 1st but you have until the 4th before a late fee is added. I always see the apt grounds keepers out and about cleaning and maintaining the property. When I had a few work orders for window screens and closet doors they were fixed the following day. Management is super friendly, and couldn't be happier... Plus my neighbors are pretty cool. read more

I moved to these apartments in June 2014 and it has been the worst experience for me!! I will not be renewing my lease next year at all!! So they show you the models which are beautiful but then when you move in it's something else!! Nothing like the model house they show you!.. We asked to not live where there are children who live above us! And guess what our upstairs neighbor has 3 kids!! Running around! Also Maintenance sucks a week after I moved in in June the handle on my front door came of as we tried to open the door the handle flew off! We called maintenance and no one ever answered ..so we left a voice mail!.. I get a call back from the maintenance guy and he said he would come around 12pm to fix the door!.. I was waiting and waiting!!.. No one ever showed up!.. It's my 5th month living here.. I work late so I get home around 5 am the sun is out already! I wake up around 1pm to get my purse that I left in the backseat of my tinted car and someone broke the window of my car (I park my car there every night) supposably we have 24 hour security that drive around watching the apartments! I guess they just sit on there asś all day driving there stupid golf carts!.. So I call the office to report what happened.. and they told me the manager would call me back when she got back from a meeting.. We'll it's been about a week and no call yet!.. But they did call me 3 days later saying there was a noise complaint.. My downstairs neighbors said we were apparently using a chainsaw! (Really) It's funny how they call me back about a noise complaint but they can call me back about what I wanted to report!.. Honestly if your looking for nice apartments in summerlin look somewhere else because these apartments suck!!!! They are a waste of money and time!.. read more

We moved in 6 months ago. We took this place because my wife insisted on living in Summerlin. We also did not have any time to look around. Staff were friendly, Tried to work with us after they did a bait and switch. They will only show a model, not the unit you are to rent. Read the fine print! They have hidden fees for everything. Water, rubbish, Rent is due on the 2nd EXACTLY, After that there are all kinds of fees. They say PET FRIENDLY but MONEY friendly is more like it. $300 non refundable cleaning deposit (That's Normal) $30 a month PET RENT ($360 a year per rent per pet) Then three months later they upped the PET RENT to $50. Now $600 more a year. They say it is because of excessive poop to pick up. Well shame on them, Their staff are paid only $34k to pick up poop and only from 7-8am That means 5 tenants with pets cover the expenses for the poop patrol. The other 106 tenants are making them bank!! The Jacuzzi's have NEVER worked. One just swirls cold water and the other was drained in October 2011 and never refilled. Today it is 101 degrees and My AC broke. Their company they use to process payment is a criminal enterprise. They randomly charge tenants for things like excessive water use. I recommend you take your time and rent a house. Our $640 rent is actually almost $900. read more

After 3 months here it is time for a review. Units are not perfect but a very good value. Nice large patio with extra storage, green space and trees, covered parking, good floor-plan, etc. Good commute location. Convenient to shopping and theatres. Adjacent to miles of green space and trails. So far I have had 3 needs for repair related to plumbing. Ordinary stuff that can happen anywhere. Repairs were done promptly with courtesy and helpfulness shown by the maintenance and repair people. So far so good! read more

These are great apartments, dont get me wrong, I moved out of state not knowing anything about Las Vegas and Susan in the office was nothing but extremely helpful, showed me the apartment and pretty much sold me on the property. Maintenance always fixed issues fast and I feel safe living there. I was event thinking about renewing the lease but I can honestly say this is not going to happen. The reason I stay and put up with the residential manager there is because Susan always saves the day with bubbly personality. If you plan to live here dont plant to be late even ONE day or they will charge you up the A** in late fees, they say you can pay online but they charge you a crazy online payment fee and they dont have a rent drop box, I made the mistake to slip rent through the door and was called in the morning by residential manager pretty much telling me how its wrong that I did that and was not considerate at all knowing that I couldnt work around their schedule of the office. It honestly felt like your boss calling you to berate you because you did something wrong. I guess me having a job and working to pay rent doesnt matter. I can honestly say that the interactions I have had with Paki have been nothing but unpleasant, he is rude and doesnt care about customer satisfaction. I can say its a shame they have such horrible management, Susan and Stacey do a great job but Paki ruins it for everyone. What a shame. read more

We have had nothing but a positive experience here and the staff is super friendly and professional and our items have always been taken care of in a positive way and time frame. My friend lives in Broadstone Talavera and every time I visit the place is always clean. I went in for a tour recently and the office staff was very friendly and professional. When my lease is up at my current address, I will be moving there. I like the pools and the trails, I only wish the fitness center had more equipment. I have lived her for two years and love my apartment. It is a two story two bedroom apartment; hard to find. The grounds are well kept and seem safe. NOW THE DOWNSIDE: Maintenance support is horrible!!!!! If an appliance goes out expect it to be at least a week to get it fixed and be assured it will not be fixed right the first time. I have a washer out; the dial does not worked. They fix it a week after it goes down, I get one wash and the same problem again and another week before fixed. It is on it's fourth fix(??) and it has been over a week and still not repaired (again). Management has turned over at least three times, and the employees.... hummm... hard to go three months with the same office employees. A few have been downright rude. I am going to seek legal help to break my lease. read more

Look no further for a 5 star apartment community! Broadstone Talavera has an exceptional management staff that is an added bonus to living in this community. As the office manager Paki is not only accessible to residents (some places you only see/deal with the leasing agents) he is personable and friendly. He took the time to personally walk my apartment with me as I pointed out an area of concern when I first moved in. Trisha, the assistant manger, is the reason I moved to this community after visiting a sister property where she was working for the day. In both locations her friendly attitude and professional demeanor won me over once I saw the awesome layout of my apartment home. Whenever I see her around the community she greets me by name and I have come to consider her a friend. Susan (leasing agent) is just freaking awesome (Underline freaking!) Her bubbly personality and attention to detail when showing me the apartment shows that she values every potential resident and enjoys her job. She also organizes community events for the residents and is fun to be around whenever I (or my children) come to the club house. Stacey (leasing agent) is professional and polite and always greets me with a smile. Together, these 4 are the super stars of Las Vegas apartment communities!! Add in the fact that Tony and the rest of the maintenance crew are friendly and amazingly swift to respond, and you have yourself a super TEAM!! My 11 year old son knows that he is welcome in the office/club house if for some reason I don't make it home before him. Susan will not hesitate to call me to let me know he is there and the entire staff agrees that he is okay to hang out until I get home. NOW THAT IS GOING ABOVE & BEYOND!! I love my apartment and I plan to call Broadstone Talavera home for many years. The unique floorplan and space of the unit is large and the patio with storage is the largest in the area! I've visited over 18 communities from the Summerlin area to Russell and Rainbow, and the combination of spacious apartment homes, clean grounds, and happy helpful staff does not exist unless you're here at Broadstone Talavera!! My husband and I moved here 5 years ago. It is definitely the best apartment community in the area, but it is probably the most expensive. The apartments are very functional. We live in a 2 bedroom and 2 bath apartment for just about $1000. It's very spacious and has a great view. The previous staff was not very professional. They now have a new one and they get things done on time. They're definitely more professional than the previous staff. As far as noise, if you complain about the same neighbor they will drop a warning letter and I know this because someone complaint about us and we received a warning. Usually they do this if neighbors are being really noisy. In our case, we had a couple of parties with friends that had little children so I guess it was the downstairs neighbor. Since this is a place you will pay more, you do buy exclusiveness which is something we like. Also, it's worth mentioning that there are tons of parking space for visitors and if you have two cars you always can park the second car close to your apartment. Everybody gets one reserved parking space. If you can pay a little bit more than I highly recommend it. I'm not the only one that has lived here for over five years. Hopefully they maintain this reputation for a longer time. This is my honest opinion. read more
