I've been donating here for close to a year now and have loved my experience each time I've come up here. I've donated at various plasma centers in recent years that has culminated all of my experiences to help me appreciate everything this staff, these managers, and this company do right. The screening process - retakes and normal procedure - are significantly less of a hassle and more of a pleasant experience than other centers. Since I've been here, for the most part, there's only a line of people when it's a holiday or something because their staff usually brings you through the process pretty quickly. Their staff in general, managers included, are genuinely sociable and small talk isn't exactly aimlessly talking because most of them actually takes the time to get to know us on an individual basis. It never fails to hear them greet someone by name as soon as they see them. I love their pay system and the compensation if, for instance, you can't donate because your pulse is high you get $5 extra if you come in again the very next day and donate. read more

This is my favorite place to donate plasma, not only are you helping save a life but they pay really good as well. The whole front office staff here is very friendly and sweet. The phlebotomy here are equally friendly and sweet, the talk and joke with you makes me feel at home and like I'm apart of the family. I love every one there but Carmen and Mee Mee are my girls. I really like the friendly atmosphere and service of the staff.My biggest wish would've, that before you open the doors at 7 AM please make sure all the computers are awake and visible! The last three or four times I have been there, it takes quite a it of time waiting on the computers to wake up.:( read more
