We started our project and then I changed my mind on the design (so glad I did) and then the city shut down. While the city was shut down, Jon continuously kept us in the loop as to what was going on with our project. Finally once the city opened back up again, he contacted us immediately to let us know they were ready as soon as we were. Strange times we live in but once we opened back up, we were back in business. We were able to get our screen up in a couple of days. The guys that came out were knowledgeable, courteous, and very respectful. During this entire process, the communication was open and frequent.
