The person answered my call was nice. After he put me on hold a couple of times, he found out that my sample was never submitted. The reason was when the lab technician came to pick up samples, the person that worked in the doctor's office never printed the doctor's order for my sample. As a result, they never submitted my sample. I don't understand why 1st, the person that was responsible for printing the order didn't do it; 2nd, why the technician didn't alert the office there? 3rd, why nobody from the doctor's office called me and asked me to go back and give sample again? It's frustrating and makes me wonder what kind of other mistakes they can make? Mixing up patient's samples or orders? As of now, I am waiting for their office manager to call me back.

Once she expedited a prescription for me cause I was going out of town. I've even recommended her to a friend, who now uses her and loves her. She's blunt and straightforward, as I feel a doctor should be. But, she completely makes me feel comfortable, and she is very down to earth. I'd highly recommend her if you were searching for a Primary Care. There is a lab in the building as well. I always park across the street at Saks Fifth Parking lot.
