Staples isn't known to be the happiest establishment, but this one is horrible every time I visit…read more I keep coming back because of convenience of the location, but there's always such a long wait to do anything and usually there's no one to help. The employees take their time with their tasks which causes long wait times for the customers. There's normally no one to ring people up in the front either. James is always awesome, friendly, and helpful. Leah is fine as long as you don't need help outside of a quick scan but she really doesn't mind making customers wait. I've actually had to step in to help senior customers because Leah isn't willing to. Mind you, I'm just another customer waiting in line. They're very unhappy at this location and you can tell LOL

The really nice gentleman who helped me made it such a fun experience we laughed all the way through . He's very professional but made a government program a good time .. He'd make an excellent Floor Manager at the DMV . Finger printing was difficult because my hands don't lay flat anymore but we took enough submissions he said they would choose the best . sure enough since I'm not a criminal, i received my TSA number in less than 8 hours ! My appointment was at 2pm yesterday and at 5:23pm i was cleared . My tsa number arrived at 6:23 am today . It's $85 and good for 5 years no more unpacking your crap at TSA check points no more long lines to wait it , customs will be a breeze . I'm so looking forward to my Hawaiian vacation this year
