The phone still worked fine, but the broken glass was getting worse so I called around to a few different companies to get quotes. UBreakIFix quoted $250 and would need to make an appointment, Lake Effect Phone Repair was $200 and could be done the same day with no appointment, and Repair Tech 360 quoted $149 and it would take 4-5 hours but they had the part in stock. I decided to just do the cheapest option, and was really happy with the experience. It did take about 5 hours, but Laura was so funny and nice and joking around with me, "What did you do to your phone," - I really liked her sense of humor. Plus the job was done well and my phone looks brand new again. I'd definitely go back for future repairs or technology issues. Their services are clearly priced on their menu screen.

I might as well have bought a new controller with that money. Avoid this dishonest, unprofessional place.

I'm glad we did because it was not easy. Joel was patient and professional and I am so grateful for his help. When the usual transfer application failed, he went above and beyond to figure out a way of getting all of my daughter's data transferred, and was even successful in recovering some applications she thought she had lost. I cannot thank him enough! Their store is easy to find, clean and well laid out. In addition to the repair services they offer previously owned and refurbished Apple products for purchase. I will certainly turn to them first for any future issues we might have.

Additionally he spent time answering my questions and listening. I have been to this store several times. Really Joseph is one of the few employees that seem to care and take time. He replaced a screen for me that another employee had replaced 2months earlier without the care that Josey used. Very grateful. And he was training a new employee and 8 cannot think of a better person to train upcoming new recruits. He set the standard really high for customer service and product knowledge.

We moved service from Verizon and I regret that now, stuck for 2 years in contract. This store, sold me a business account for my personal use under the guise of saving me money and more free phones. My bill was over $400 a month!! For which they never actually told me what my monthly bill would be AND the free phones aren't so free, I am paying for a new phone for a line that is "extra" talking into getting it because it would make my over all monthly cost less. Not even close! Seriously, I will be complaining to ATT legal as well as FCC filing complaint. Do not go to this store, and really don't use ATT, your service will suffer and your cost will be higher!
