My wife and I were looking for a new washer and dryer, while it was expensive, it was still the cheapest in town and I've learned you get what you pay for. Matt was our salesman, we bought the washer and dryer, he hooked us up by cutting down a few costs and told us they would arrive in a week. 2 days later I get the email they're delivering that day! After they delivered and hooked everything up I received a call the next day from Matt, just following up and asking us how it was working, great by the way! UPDATE*** ABC Warehouse installed the power cord to the oven incorrectly. The wires were connected wrong. Please take note on being sure your workers are installing equipment correctly or have someone certified to do it. When i called you guys the same day it was delivered you stated there was nothing you could do but 1 and half later find out it was your guys fault. Thank you to the electrician who knew what he was doing because the 4 technicians that Whirlpool sent out could figure out what was wrong and it took the electrician less than 5 minutes to figure out it was installed wrong. read more

We bought a washer and dryer there. They did beat the lowest price we found on each unit. So their prices are good, but don't let them install anything. They connected the washer hoses, we tested it after they left, and it sprayed water everywhere. I didn't let them hook up the gas dryer for fear of a similar result. read more

I have heard of bad businesses before and I have heard rumors of such things through social media and browsing the reviews of websites about misunderstandings that may have taken place with the sale and on occasion a bad review of how someone was mistreated. I've never once had such a bad experience perhaps it's the method of which I do business. As a professional and expert in customer sales and as a manager and owner of a small company I like to believe that I have a good grasp of how most businesses work. After entering ABC Warehouse on April 3rd, 2020 I left their store upset at how rudely my wife and I were greeted. Yes, you heard me right greeted I didn't even get the chance to step 2 ft into the store and I had this guy yell at both me and my wife repeatedly asking us to leave. The people who were in the store before me where shocked and left right away. The same went for us how could we possibly purchase anything from a store that treated people so badly upon entry. The couple who were on their way out also left with us. The lady had told me that guy was extremely rude. How can a company run this way it was shocking. I was in disbelief that I felt like the manager should know that his employee was chasing people out of the store upon entry. The employee exclaimed that the manager had him tell people that he needed to yell at people whenever the occupancy went over 4... This just didn't seem right... Why yell at people looking to purchase from your store? At most explain to them and invite them to purchase and ask them to understand the situation if need be if the occupancy was over 4. This is not how you run a business; people are understanding we would gladly follow a companies guidelines so that all parties stay safe. (Don't yell at me and my wife at the door.) The manager(Clearly not the employee) should be the one to manage the front door with a rope and two stanchion posts similar to a bouncer to adhere to there occupancy guidelines. This situation could have been avoided and you would have had more revenue for your end of the day. Understandably everyone is on edge with this epidemic I get it. It's a scary time right now, but if you're going to open your doors to the public and expect them to purchase you need to save face and run the business with some sort of professionalism. When I spoke to the Manager he stood by the employee's side as a good leader should which is admirable, but at the same time don't have your employees enforce control upon people immediately upon entry. As a manager, you don't need to be Avant-garde with how to handle people nothing has changed with this. Create a method to enter the store to provide excellent client relations to build rapport rinse and repeat at a safe distance and profit. If you are unable to do this due to not having the employees to sustain such a business model you should explore another method unto which you run your business. Both my wife and I have never had experienced anything like this before. We understand that this disease is affecting everyone, but as a business, you can do better than this and you should regardless of whatever the circumstance may be. If your not up to the task of running the business professionally then stay closed and open when you can. Don't burn your bridges for growing the business with future clients. read more

My husband and I had been shopping around for two small computer desk units. We struck out pretty bad until we came here. We ended up finding two great little deals for $50 each. We even got a book shelf to go with it. We liked it so much we came back for a second bookshelf. The general manager of the store was super sweet and helpful. We needed a power strip to plug the computer into. He gave it to us at a pretty good deal. I would definitely shop here again. Very satisfied customer! read more

went to the one in canton,mi bought a 400 freezer they told me it would be 3 to 4 days to get it in i called 7 days later talked to store manger Oliver she said 2 more days it has now been 11 days and nothing this is a bad bad store as a Vet i was treated very badly and no one knows what the other one is doing. to all me Vet brothers and sisters STAY AWAY from this store it is a rip off read more

I bought an MP3 player from there that seemed like a good deal. It did not work. I could not get a refund and used the store credit to buy a dictaphone, which ALSO did not work. Finally, I just bought Blank DVDs since nothing else seemed to work from there. Bad customer support, bad products. Buyer beware! read more

We bought a refrigerator here for my aging parents and had a terrible experience. First the sales clerks were wayyyy too pushy. Anytime you say "no" they hit you with a "brand new deal" that they just realized is applicable today! WEIRD!!!!! While buying the refrigerator I expressed a fear that the refrigerator may not fit. They assured me it would. When we got the refrigerator delivered, I expected it to come on a truck with some people who actually understand how to put in a refrigerator. Instead, it came on a uhaul with a couple of 20 year old kids. I again expressed worry that the fridge may not fit. The U-haul kids said it would. I sat with my parents and waited for them to finish. WHAT HAPPENED NEXT IS REAL. The kids put the refrigerator in, brought the paperwork in to the living room for my mother to sign, didn't give us a chance to look at the finished product and said "it fit." And then they RAN OUT TO THEIR TRUCK so they wouldn't have to correct their mistake because it did not fit, not at all. Those kids peeled out so fast there was smoke coming out of the Uhaul--- and they were LAUGHING--or as my kids would say "lol." Luckily we have a contractor friend who was able to saw out a cabinet so it fit--- so don't worry ABC Appliance Warehouse, we got this. I don't like to be negative. I've never left a bad review in my life, but after sitting on it for several days this was so insane I just had to share. read more
