I received HORRIBLE service at this location. I bought a screen cover to my iphone on 1/22/18. It…read moredidn't fit my phone. I was told that the owner would order the correct one and call me when it arrives. I paid for it at that time. I never received a call, so after a week I went in to check on the status. I was told it was still not in and would be there by the next week Friday ( On 2/1/18). Another week went by with no response from the company. I went to the location once again. Received the same excuse from the same lack luster, horrible customer service skills agent by the name, Jessica Vega. I was told once again to come back by the next Friday and it would be there. Again, no response or call from this company about the product I purchased on 1/22/18. 2/9/18 I came in again. Same response. I again waited for another 3 days and final was went in again to find out what the hold up was and if they had my item in. I was told again to come back the next Friday and that the owner would be checking at his other store. While I am awaiting resolution, trashy Jessica Vega to get off the phone to service me further, she is processing other customers that are coming in. While, I sit there waiting for a resolution. She got nasty with me, when I addressed her about her customer service skills and how that is rude. She became hostile and an verbal altercation between us happen. She was using profanity and acting way out of line. Using racial slurs and all. She put her manager on the phone, owner, Reyno Petors ( which when asked who her boss was, she gave me the wrong name). He became beligerant, and started yelling and cussing me out. I refused to leave until i got my money back. I was threaten. She called the police to escort me out. The police stated that when companies like these conduct shaddy practices like this, the only recourse is to sue them. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect in a place of business. And, I am a professional who works in the Customer Service/Human Services field. These people think that the customers that they serve are poor and prone to criminal activity ( what the owner stated to me). Black and Latino. I would not suggest any minority or even non-minority patronize this place. They are racist,rude, and would not give me my money back for an item I purchased. I will be grievancing the right agencies concerning this business. And sue them for my money back.

I'm glad we did because it was not easy. Joel was patient and professional and I am so grateful for his help. When the usual transfer application failed, he went above and beyond to figure out a way of getting all of my daughter's data transferred, and was even successful in recovering some applications she thought she had lost. I cannot thank him enough! Their store is easy to find, clean and well laid out. In addition to the repair services they offer previously owned and refurbished Apple products for purchase. I will certainly turn to them first for any future issues we might have.

So was the delivery staff in doing everything to get us up and running. I'd definitely come back here for other appliances if we need them. Prices were right along the big box stores with better service.
