She was able to understand our design preferences and work with our budgetary concerns. We were able to get effective, attractive lighting at a price that made sense to us. The employee was very abrupt and short. Eventually was able to cancel the exchange but never in any of the calls did I receive so much as an "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" from anyone. That is so simple and free I cannot understand why decent customer service is so rare?
