He expertly transferred everything from my old phone and at my request he wiped the old phone and transferred my wife's number to it. He reviewed our account and pointed out where we could save $100 per month. He took cues from our conversation to up sell softly on items that were important. Even though he had never done it he installed and configured a Delphi Connect in my car. By far the best experience I've ever had in a Verizon store. AJ provided outstanding customer service and made the transition smooth, simple, and stress-free. Everything was activated properly with no problems, and the entire process was handled professionally and efficiently. Consumer Cellular has truly impressed us with its service, affordability, and customer support. It is refreshing to deal with a company that values its customers and takes the time to make sure everything works correctly. I would also love to see Consumer Cellular expand further into Michigan, especially throughout Macomb County. There are many empty commercial buildings along Groesbeck Avenue in Clinton Township, including former party store locations and large vacant properties that could be revitalized. I believe a remodeled former K-Mart building could even make a fantastic location for a second headquarters or major regional office. It would be a great investment opportunity for both the company and the local community. Nope. Wouldn't go here again. Took my phone in for a bad charging port. He quoted me $89. No…read moreproblem. Came back an hour later and he said the port was fine and it just needed to be resoldered so he only charged me $35. Great (I thought), an honest repair. A day later the charging port didn't work. So I took it back again. This time I had to refuse to pay another $99 (his new, seemingly random higher quote) because he already charged me $35 for a repair that didn't work. He said he'd charge me $75. I was mad, but had no choice...so I did it. Now I'm at $110 plus multiple trips (and 2 hours of wait time) for an $89 repair. But wait, it gets worse. I get home and a day later try to setup my phone again....now the Touch ID doesn't work anymore. It worked fine before. Now I had to go back AGAIN. This time he swore up and down it wasn't his fault. Obvious BS since it worked fine before he took it apart. He took the phone in the back room and came out with what he said was my screen, showing me the problem. It wasn't my screen...he made a big show of giving me a free 'brand new' screen "for my trouble". It wasn't a new screen...it was just my screen that he quickly repaired in the back after he broke it previously and then claimed it was a new one. It was all pretty obvious what was happening. This guy isn't good at phone repair. I also got ripped off because he failed the first time. Then I got lied to about something he had broken. No thanks...I'll drive a little further next time I need a repair. (the funny part? As i left, each time, he begged me for a good review online...sorry buddy. Bad, dishonest service means a bad review)

Cindy answered the phone and Ibeing a resident in the same community as their facility is in, has a few questions which she answered quickly and friendly. I surprised her by saying I'll come in and buy a smoke detector. I quickly sensed that foot traffic by customers are rare, but nevertheless, Cindy quickly got me into the building and introduced me to Greg, who in turn updated and reprogram the base unit. During this time, Cindy built me a smoke detector and did the billing and receipt. I was in and out within a half and hour. Their product has performed admirably the pass 10 years and will perform as such in the years to come. Thanks for making feel welcome and a value customer.
