Nope. Wouldn't go here again. Took my phone in for a bad charging port. He quoted me $89. No problem. Came back an hour later and he said the port was fine and it just needed to be resoldered so he only charged me $35. Great (I thought), an honest repair. A day later the charging port didn't work. So I took it back again. This time I had to refuse to pay another $99 (his new, seemingly random higher quote) because he already charged me $35 for a repair that didn't work. He said he'd charge me $75. I was mad, but had no choice...so I did it. Now I'm at $110 plus multiple trips (and 2 hours of wait time) for an $89 repair. But wait, it gets worse. I get home and a day later try to setup my phone again....now the Touch ID doesn't work anymore. It worked fine before. Now I had to go back AGAIN. This time he swore up and down it wasn't his fault. Obvious BS since it worked fine before he took it apart. He took the phone in the back room and came out with what he said was my screen, showing me the problem. It wasn't my screen...he made a big show of giving me a free 'brand new' screen "for my trouble". It wasn't a new screen...it was just my screen that he quickly repaired in the back after he broke it previously and then claimed it was a new one. It was all pretty obvious what was happening. This guy isn't good at phone repair. I also got ripped off because he failed the first time. Then I got lied to about something he had broken. No thanks...I'll drive a little further next time I need a repair. (the funny part? As i left, each time, he begged me for a good review online...sorry buddy. I HAD a HTC Droid DNA which was fully functional aside from a cracked screen. Everything seemed great when I walked in. They said they could fix it for $100, which I pre-paid (worst mistake ever - do NOT pre-pay these guys). After hours, they returned the phone with the screen falling off, the volume key half-working, and the camera non-functional. After 30 days of trying to get my phone fixed. I found out: (a) the person who originally worked on my phone was fired (Simon, the owner, told me this directly himself) (b) and they specialize in fixing iPhones! They don't even keep inventory for parts for other devices. They had no right to try to fix this phone (c) after having another expert analyze the device, he concluded they went cheap by only trying to replace the digitizer rather than both the digitizer and LCD as a combo. This is why my screen is hanging off my phone. (d) They failed to re-assemble the device properly thus breaking my volume button and camera. I wouldn't trust these guys at all. read more

Horrible customer service! Had my iPhone 7plus there for a cracked screen repair. After they put the new screen on, my phone now has constantly issues with the display. they fixed it once.but it keeps having the same issue. I went back there and the guy told me I had to pay $120 again because it's after the 30 day warranty. I can't believe how I was treated there. I finally took it to the Apple Store and they fixed the issue with no charge! I will never go back and cannot recommend the place!!They don't know what they doing!! read more

This place is great for our phones and iPads. After other shops charged me more money to replace iPhone 5 glass, resulting in glass that separated from the frame and also ending use of the vibrate alert, Nash replaced my glass for less money as well as fixing the vibrate feature. Changed my shattered screen. Looked nice until it started cracking on its own a day later. Then they said they would fix it but have to charge me??? I took it back the VERY next day. Obviously they had every reason to believe me. If It was my fault and I did something to cause another shattered screen I wouldn't mind paying twice. When it's THEIR defective screen that cracked on its own, you would think they would change it. Horrible customer service and horrible technician OBVIOUSLY. I would never ever ever go back nor do I recommend. I also hate leaving bad reviews but they truly deserve it. read more

Stay away ! I took an ipod with a broken screen in, the sign says while u wait! Had to leave it and picked up 6 days later kept making excuses. Got it back on 20th & 23rd screen was peeling off! Took it back and Sean blamed my husband for rushing him! And said or it would've been done properly if he didnt rush me. I replied you never told me that it wasn't done properly or I wouldn't have picked it up! I had to leave it again another six days and its lifted so bad I can see the mechanical stuff inside see photo. I can't attest to any of the negative reviews written as my experience a month ago was beyond exceptional! Before going to We Repair I read the reviews and I felt comfortable with them handling my phone as there were FAR more positive comments than negative. I found it suspicious that the negative comments were all written on the same day (hmm most likly due to one customer trying to tarnish a good reputation) and were pretty bizarre. Anyhow, Verizon and the Apple store wanted over $200 to just repair my screen :(! We Repair had the best price around, fixed my phone quickly, along with outstanding customer service. My screen looks brand new and i haven't had any issues since. Even dropped my phone, luckily it didn't break. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND We Repair to everyone!! read more

Completely unsatisfied with the quality of my repair. I have had my iPhone 7 for two years and never cracked it until it accidentally got smashed in my car door as I was closing it. I quickly got a screen repair at We Repair for $89 and instantly noticed the dullness of my screen, but chose to ignore it for a few days because I was told that i had a 60 day warranty. I also notice flickering of some sort on my screen occasionally which was not there before I got the repair. Within a week, I had dropped my phone maybe a total of a foot off the ground onto tile floor. This would normally not crack my original screen, but the quality of the glass that We Repair gave me was so fragile that it cracked instantly. I even bought an expense screen protector from them in which I was told was "super durable", which it is given it was not the part that cracked, but instead my screen underneath cracked. I went into the store with all these complaints but was denied any refund because the warranty states in fine print that "The warranty does not apply to any physical or water damages" but if it doesn't apply to those, please tell me what it does apply to!! There is no other damages that could possible occur other than physical or water damage. I was experiencing technological issues with the phone, but they said that it could not be proven. This place is impossible to work with, but at least the employee seemed like a nice man, but definitely not reasonable!! read more
