He expertly transferred everything from my old phone and at my request he wiped the old phone and transferred my wife's number to it. He reviewed our account and pointed out where we could save $100 per month. He took cues from our conversation to up sell softly on items that were important. Even though he had never done it he installed and configured a Delphi Connect in my car. By far the best experience I've ever had in a Verizon store.
