The reason I went to Cellular Fix Solution is because I although I could hear the ring, videos, and other sounds required, I could barely hear others talking on the phone athough they could hear me. Andy didn't try to sell me anything like others such as AT&T whom told me my cell phone could not be fixed and tried to convince me I need a new phone. I refused. Andy had my phone fixed within seconds and I requested a new case on my own. AT&T didn't even has the case I needed for my phone because the salesman said my phone was too old and buy a new phone from them or go to Amazon. Andy had the case and covering needed to cover the part on the back in the upper left hand corner. Andy replaced all necessary covers. Prices was reasonable. I would also love to see Consumer Cellular expand further into Michigan, especially throughout Macomb County. There are many empty commercial buildings along Groesbeck Avenue in Clinton Township, including former party store locations and large vacant properties that could be revitalized.
