These guys are con artists. They were more expensive than a couple other places I called and several friends and had a bad experience with their "J Crew" staff. I had the screen Crack for no reason while using the phone less than 30 days after I had it fixed, and they refused to honor my refund or replacement, even with a receipt. Don't ever go to this place they cut corners and your screen will fall out after a Short while because they don't use any kind of adhesive to keep it in. And the forget about any kind of warranty they offer cause they don't honor it at all. Your better off getting a screen off eBay and doing it yourself. Seriously YouTube the instructions its way easier and eBay has screens for the iPhone 5s for as little as $30 comes with the tools and ADHESIVE TAPE! read more

This place is the BEST! I highly recommend this business. So I was walking around in Arden, shopping when my phone shut off on its own. I noticed this when I wanted to use it and it wouldn't turn on. I was surprised because it was fully charged. I stopped at their Kiosk and asked if they could help with my situation. Seng took my phone and began charging it, I left it there for some time while I shopped. I headed back to the Kiosk and the phone would still not turn on. Seng opened it up and asked me a few questions about updates on my phone. I was getting worried because I thought I had to buy a new phone! Would have been less annoyed by it all if I hadn't been standing right in front of two workers for 10mins before it clicked for one of them to ask me what I needed. Waste. read more

If I could give them negative stars I would. Had to come back THREE times, the screen was falling out of the frame of my phone. First two times, they fixed it without an issue (the fact that it happened twice is ridiculous but that's neither here nor there). The third and final time, today, I took it back and wanted a replacement screen, their faulty and cheap product cracked while in my purse, and I do believe I spoke to the manager. He stated that he didn't care that it was broken because his employee didn't do it, despite the fact that I have been to this kiosk THREE TIMES in one month. He was condescending and rude and I will do all I can to make sure none of my friends/colleagues ever give them a dime of their hard earned cash. Just go to Apple!! The year warranty is conditional, they are way overpriced for their faulty equipment, and the customer service is laughable. Thanks for nothing, talk n fix. read more

They saved the day after I shattered my screen. Had an appointment at the Apple Store. Get there and they tell me they stopped working on phones for the night and they are closed tomorrow so I could pick up my phone until Monday. This was not ok and I was really unhappy they scheduled an appointment for nothing and wasted my time. I saw the kiosk as I was on my way out and the nice man said no problem, he could fix it in 20-30 minutes. It was probably 15 minutes and he had it completed. Received some help from Seng tonight. He was extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable. Also, the prices at Talk N'Fix are very reasonable. Much cheaper than the Apple store across the way. If you need a screen or battery replacement, I highly recommend you get a quote from Talk N Fix before going to the Apple store or another large cell phone retailer. read more

Horrible Horrible experience I word directly with the owner too... long story short my iPad Screen needed repair they replaced the screen with a lemon or incorrectly .... I had the owners direct line he assured me that the repair was 100% guaranteed so I called him and he said that he'd honor the replacement, but 2 times he set a time or day to come and he wasn't there both times (iPad Air2 was recently released and he was the only person that was able to preform the screen replacement), so after calling him and letting him know to stop messing w my time he makes the 3 RD appt to say he doesn't have the screen in stock at the Arden location ordering it should take 1-2 weeks, but he inspected it and realized the digitizer was faulty... So I cracked the already a lemon faulty screen again during the 3 months it took for him to actually honor his word.... When I came with it the dirtbag took advantage of the opportunity to say that he wouldn't replace it now that it was cracked because he could've mailed back the lemon to get some money back so I said ok I'll pay that whatever it is, but not full price I got a faulty replacement to begin with he never fulfilled his end to start then wasted a ton of my time and my work tool had been out of commission the whole time..... After all this considered he hopped on the chance to screw me over admitting that he saw it whole and it was a lemon digitizer he put in and he did so in a combative way he should count his blessings that he did so in a Mall because I wouldn't act barbaric over him screwing me over in the business world, but his truly unprofessional aggressive delivery merited an attitude adjustment had to leave it to karma .... Avoid Talk N Fix like the plague. read more

Cracked my iPhone 6 screen pretty bad and took it to Sprint since I have insurance, over the phone they said it would be $100 and take about an hour but when I got there they said I would have to pay $150 to ship it out and wait a week to get it back. Decided to look elsewhere since I knew I could get it done a lot cheaper & faster. I work in the mall and decided to stop by here on my break, Seng & Alistair were the ones who helped me. I was quoted $64 and told to come back in 20 minutes, awesome compared to more than double the price and 5 days. Came back in 20 minutes, paid and went back to work where I peeled the protective plastic covering off and at the top of my screen there was a yellow/orange spot on the screen. I immediately took it back and told Seng, he was super busy so I told him I would leave it and be back in 10-15. When I went back to get my phone it was perfect! The screen looks better than my original did to be honest. I was quoted $64 & paid $69, also comes with a warranty. Overall a good experience, so happy they fixed the flaw. I would definitely go back here if I had phone issues in the future! read more

Absolute worst service. Just a week after I got my phone fixed, the screen all turned purple and would not operate. I called 9 times throughout the week with no response. When they finally picked up the phone, Jason interrupted me several times, used profanity, and would not quiet himself to listen to my concern. When I asked him what his position was at talk n fix he replied "I dont know". Not sure what kind of business they are running, but not only is the service terrible, they give no respect to customers. I am currently in the process of contacting corporate in response to great mistreatment from Jason, as well as pursuing legal allegations. read more

I don't even want to give them one star. Me and my fiancé had a phone repaired here but were given the wrong color screen and were then told to come back to get the right color. When we came back a few days later, there was a 'back in 10 minutes' sign. It's been half an hour and they still haven't returned, plus we spoke with a guy waiting in line who had been there an hour and said that they apparently 'lost' his phone. Very unprofessional.
