OMG, love this place! First time visit and my daughter and I are hooked. We weren't sure at first if it was open because it looked darked. But we realized it was the windows and the place was open (like that we can look out, but folks can't see inside). We were warmly greeted and asked to let them know if we had a problem or needed help with ordering from the kiosk. I very rarely give five stars, especially in terms of a quasi-fast food type restaurant, but we had a wonderful time. The customer service was top notch! The food was fresh and delicious. I ordered the Chicken Quesabirria with a side of plantains, and my daughter ordered the Birria Burrito. There are several flavors of delicious lemonade, with free refills! I had the Sunrise Punch. My daughter ordered the Mangonada (which is similar to a slushy) - no free refills with this one :-) We will definitely return again and again, especially to sample some of the other food items. read more

I'm back in Tally for the weekend and needed a good, quick, and satisfying lunch. A quick Google search landed me at Talkin Tacos. I was walking in at the same time as one of the staff and was handled with care. He walked me over to the kiosk to place my order, he made recommendations, told me the refills on specialty lemonade was free. Great service from the start! i order the crispy quesobirria and the blue mango lemonade. Both were indugently delicious! The restaurant and restrooms were clean and very hip and trendy. The music was loud, so if you need a place to work and have lunch like i was--this isn't the right place. Otherwise, it's a great option! read more

Although they are really good ! a few days ago i saw 2 employees trying to physically fight a customer and followed her out of the store ,on June 29th . i watched from a distance while the manager tried to defuse the situation. I made it my business to get their names ( Gwendolyn Farlin and Timiya Farlin) and they are still employed there so distasteful. read more

Tacos were pretty good! Recommend the Mahi taco and Birria Quesadilla. They are a bit slow to get the food out but it is reasonably priced.

I have wanted to try this place, so I finally made the journey there today. I ordered the loaded nachos with steak and the street corn. The street corn was not special and was a little expensive for what it is. I enjoyed the nachos, but I misunderstood the manager (who is easy on the eyes!) when he said that they packed the nacho parts separately since I got it to go. Because of this I put the food in the fridge for later. But he only left the cheese off, so the chips were pretty gross and soggy when I pulled them out. I had one of the worst service experiences I've had in a long time. I placed a to-go order an hour ahead, but when I arrived, no one greeted me or acknowledged me at all. There were multiple employees standing at the front, yet not a single person spoke to any of the customers waiting. Orders were just sitting on the counter with zero organization or communication. I even had to stop someone walking by, who said he couldn't help because he was in prep. When I asked if he could get someone else, he pointed to two employees up front who still didn't acknowledge me. I eventually had to get their attention myself. Everyone behind the counter just looked at us like we didn't exist. No greeting, no direction, no effort. Completely unprofessional and frustrating. I won't be coming back. **I get home and my order is wrong!!!! Unacceptable Update- a manager at headquarters reached out quickly and handled the situation professionally, which I truly appreciate. I am highly disappointed. I placed an order online. And I came in and picked it up. It took them over an hour and a half to get me my food... I stood in the store for an hour waiting. Every time I ask, they just told me they weren't working on it yet. I understand if it was a busy time. But an hour and a half is a little crazy. I can't make this up... I travelled to Tallahassee and heard about this place so I had to try it. Amir & Angie were at the front counter holding it down. The kiosk were broken, the grill was broken and they were running into some technical difficulties but the customer service was impeccable!!! The communicated the issues and we're happy to assist us. They took our order and accommodated everything we needed. Travis and Kendall were on the line cooking up the food and it tasted amazing! We ordered the loaded churros, chicken burritos and the casa Birria tacos with a Jarritos to top it off and everything... I mean everything tasted phenomenal! You would've never known that had issues in the back because they kept it smooth, professional and still provided excellent quality food and service. The food was ok, the service was let's say unusual and the ambiance was dark/neon/cold. We were greeted by a nice young lady and told to order on a kiosk after being handed a paper menu while 3 employees watched us. We had to walk outside to read the menu because it was so dark inside. The we ordered 1 order of chicken nachos, a taco trio, side of guacamole and 2 lemonades = $50. We didn't leave a tip yet, we tip in cash after we are satisfied with food and service, however, there was a tip prompt we had to bypass before submitting the order. The food was delivered to the table 1 item at a time. 1-nachos, 2-tacos, 3-lemonades we had to ask for the guacamole. This is a one and done experience. Parking is very hectic given the location. Also, the food is really good but not for the price. I do believe they could give more chips.
