They called me back at the scheduled appointment time (no waiting) and one hour to the minute later had the procedure started at exactly the time they previously stated. During the entire process I was treated with the utmost respect and dignity by the entire staff. I was constantly talked to and made to feel completely comfortable. The procedure itself was executed in an efficient and professional manor and was completely painless. In the post procedure recovery area the doctor provided my colon health status verbally which I don't remember since I was still completely loopy from the anesthesia LOL. I did receive a printed copy of the procedure results including color photos (yuck). I was given a clean bill of health and sent on my way. Thanks TEC! The Tallahassee Endoscopy Center does perform next day wellness follow-up calls to patients, awesome!

This all, too, was in the middle of the summer, which was strange as typically I can expect this in the winter but not in the summer. Anyway, I went and saw Erin. She gave me a prescription for a face cream and told me if it did not resolve my issue that I could call and either get a new prescription or come in again. As it turns out, the face cream she sent me worked its magic and I have been fine since. Will say this was probably the quickest visit to a dermatologist ever though. I was in and out faster than the speed of light.

I finally thought about it this year and told my PCP the referral needed to go to Women's Imaging Center. The office didn't seem too pleased, but the referral was made. I arrived just a couple of minutes before my appointment and was in and out 15 minutes after my scheduled time! Of course, I was in the second waiting area with other ladies and some had been to other providers and all said the same thing - Women's Imaging Center is the best and their choice. One lady had even traveled almost 2 hours to get there! I absolutely recommend them for any services you need.

It was clear from speaking with their office manager that they don't care about patients but only about filling "slots" to get money. They don't work on Fridays, so they counted my call to them as late. They have the option of picking up messages on Fridays but they don't. If they cared about patients, they would have compassionate office practices. Most of their reviews tetify that in instance after instance, they just don't care about their patients. I do not consider them a welcome addition to Tallahassee.

Dr. Joshua Nichols explained a couple of procedures that we could pursue and answered every question I had without making me feel foolish for asking them. He has a very calming demeanor about him. The staff there is very efficient, helpful and friendly. After my surgery I found the best way to contact them was through texting. They answered me in less than an hour. I would highly recommend them.

But I am German and I can tell you she is not. She just doesn't sugar coat and says how it is. I rather have them tell me the brutal reality and have me look at my habits cause that's what I am here for. I have a health problem and want to solve it and not take meds forever. And you can only solve a problem when you put the work/effort in. Meds are the easy way. Necessary form time to time for sure, though I rather see them as a supplemental help I hope to cut at some point.

I have been diagnosed with Hashimotos for over 8 years and have nothing but issues. My PCP was not able to get it under control so I was sent here to hopefully see if they would be able to help me. There was only a few minute wait in the room but I could hear the physicians talking to other patients about their care. It is an older place so I am sure there isn't much insulation in there. No big deal. Robyn finally came in the room. She barely said a word to me other then to sit on the table. She felt my neck and then said "I don't even know why you're here, you are on medication. Stick with that, there is no need for you to come back." So I left. Fast forward to 2023 and my health has rapidly declined. I had tried to get in with other Endocrinologists but between time, insurance, and work it never worked out. I saw my ENT and he insisted my thyroid needs to removed and told me I have to get in with an endo to see what my next steps are. I figured let me give them another chance but with me seeing a different physician. Lateshia completely understood and was so nice in helping me get in with someone else. I am now seeing Sharon and I am very happy with her. I have only been back once, but I go back in 3 weeks, and she said she will have a full game plan for me at that time. This would have been a 1 star (if I could go negative I would) but after Lateshia's help and seeing Sharon it has now moved to 3 stars. I'm not sure I would recommend this office, but I am pleased with the help I am receiving now.
