This is the FRIENDLIEST crew behind a food truck I've come across. They want everyone to have a great experience and make sure it happens. The food was ready on time and was able to be set up right before the reception began. The food was amazing and several attendees had never heard of or had Kenji's. The spam fried rice was the big hit and almost all of it was eaten. Several attendees were impressed with the quality and flavor of the food. Thanks to Kenji's the reception was very good given the circumstances, it definitely turned out better than the port of subs we had discussed prior to talking to Joe.

They come with a side so we ordered potatoes and a cantaloupe side. Just tried the Chicken Pot Pie and wow! It was delicious creamy with just the right amount of garlic and spices.
