Pulled up to Home Depot in San Pedro to pick up some lumber when I spied Taco Yorba's truck and realized I could go for a couple of tacos. I hooked myself up with my favs: lengua and cabesa. I was running late so I hit them tacos hard. The lengua was good but maybe a bit over cooked; overall decent. The cabesa on the other hand was tender and juicy and a gastronomic delight.
