I was charged $10.72 at the register. That means that they charge charged me a base of $9.90 instead of $8.49. But here's the kicker-- when I called to ask them if they could refund the $1.48 it to my card, they said that "I had to show them my receipt by driving all the way back there." Most places will understand there was a mistake and refund it over the phone. I told them that they had not given me my receipt and that they need to just take a look at my bank account because the charge is on there. They said "no we just have to see the receipt In person." Also, when I was at the register, there is a subtle pressure to leave a tip for them just dishing up the food. The cashier weights and stairs while you decide how much to tip on the receipt. Unfortunately, I left a dollar tip in because I was so busy. I didn't realize I had already been charged already way too much! I'm not sure if these people are racist or not because I am not Vietnamese. The owners are Vietnsmese. Also, the lady I spoke with on the phone that said I had to come in with my receipt--her name is Lee. But as soon as she told me her name, she said I'm not gonna be here tomorrow. You're just gonna have to tell someone else your story.

Food here is always made fresh and it's delicious only complaint I have is that they use to do the beef in the grill and the flavor was amazing now it seem like they boil it and that's why I stop buying the beef plate, also if they would take card or other way of paying besides cash they would have more clients.
