My family went to this restaurant for the 1st and last time. The burrito was not filled very well and the steak tacos were VERY dry and lacking any seasoning/flavor. My husband's burrito had a small cup for salsa on his plate but I didn't have one for mine (nor did our daughter). They have a salsa bar that is not marked. I asked the guy at the register to tell me what they were (some sort of description/heat level) and he couldn't tell me a single one. He just said "I don't know how to describe it". So I asked for a small cup like my husband had for the salsa and he said "No, those are only for the burritos". I said "So I'm just supposed to pour a random salsa on my tacos and possibly ruin them since you can't tell me what they are???" He kept repeating that he couldn't give me one. I said "The tacos are VERY dry and need a sauce or salsa but I don't want to ruin my meal if it's something I don't like or if it's too hot". He help repeating that he couldn't give me a cup. A $60....yes SIXTY DOLLAR meal of 2 taco dinners and a burrito and I couldn't have a 2 CENT salsa cup?!? I guess I've had much much much better food for less and better customer service. The food was very good as was the service. It's a small restaurant but it's very nice and clean. It's a new restaurant in a location with not much else around it. We ordered several different things and it was all excellent, except we felt like the tamales were dry and missed the mark a little bit. The salsa bar is a nice touch with lots of options on it. They have elote (cup or cob) which is hard to find in restaurants and it was very tasty! The tacos were packed with meat and super flavorful. We will be back for sure! read more
