I sent my husband in to grab a late lunch today, and this was our first time here--though it definitely won't be our last. We usually go outside the area for Mexican food, but this spot has earned its place as a nearby favorite. We ordered a combo plate with steak and chicken tacos with fries, along with a steak bowl, and everything was delicious! Mr. Hitesh was super friendly and gave great recommendations, highlighting the steak and chicken tacos, which we now understand why they're so popular. What we didn't order, but were kindly recommended by Mr. Hitesch, was horchata--our only regret is not ordering two more! It was a hit with everyone. If you're in the area, this is definitely one of the must-try places. The location is easy to get to, with plenty of parking. The restaurant also offers dine-in options, which we'll definitely take advantage of next time. And a heads-up--the salsas are amazing, but they pack a punch! PLEASE tell me this place is busier on other nights. It certainly deserves to be! I just moved to town from LA. I got myself a basic B chicken burrito and a beer for less than $20, and the burrito was FIRE. The salsas are great, the service was super accommodating and didn't flinch at my custom requests. The restaurant is clean and the bar stools are really comfortable. Not bad music either. Seriously, if you haven't checked this place out, come. Worst customer service ever! I received a $10 Birthday gift to apply to my next order. I ordered a burrito added steak etc . I applied my visa to pay the balance above the $10 gift. My card was charged the Full amount. When I went in to pick it up and ask the mgr. to refund the $10 I redeemed , he said no . He then tried to make up a story about points next visit maybe etc. I made him refund my visa on the spot and give he the receipt because I now don't trust him . As I'm walking out he points to the fresh burrito in a bag and says" you don't want your burrito ?" I said not at that price. Good food wasted too. The chain is owned by an Indian named Patel. My son had a three-taco dinner with fries o ordered for him. When we got home, he asked me where the rest of his fries were. I was shocked to see that this was all they had given him for the price they charge! I went back the next day and stopped in to show the guy at the register what happened to his to-go meal. He told me that the fries were now pre-packaged and only 7 ounces. I think the price should reflect the small portions they are serving now. This wasn't a kids' meal; it was a three-taco dinner! I tried their pollo, pastor and barbacoa, along with rice and beans. Flavor was on point for the tacos! Fresh ingredients! The rice was a little bland but goes well with the tacos. There are 2 diff taco styles you can choose from. Mexican : onion and cilantro or American: lettuce and tomato. I picked Mexican but they forgot to put cilantro on my tacos that day. Since every order is cooked fresh, the wait could take a little bit, especially during lunch / dinner rush. I would try to avoid popular hours if you're hungry! RUN - don't walk - to try this place! I hoped it would be decent, but it blew me away! You get a number and they bring your order to your table. It seemed to take a bit longer than I hoped for a more fast food type place, but it really wasn't that long (maybe 10 minutes) and WOW was it worth it! The Mexican french fries were AMAZING! It's listed as an appetizer but it was more like a full meal with leftovers (it might be an app for 3-4 people). I ordered with steak (per their recommendation) and it came in tiny bite-sized pieces so you didn't have to worry about getting a huge piece of steak--and it was super flavorful with a nice chew and a little crisp to it. Perfection. It had a perfect ratio of fries to toppings and each bite was a little bit of heaven. The guacamole was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to order that separately. It was a super deal at $9 ($8 plus $1 for added protein). The enchiladas pastor combo plate was delicious, too. Good rice, good refried beans, and the pastor itself was delicious (again with the bite-sized pieces--yay!). The green sauce was mild and tasty; the red sauce had a nice taste but was super spicy.
