There's tons of yard for the dogs to play in and unless it's bed time, the dogs are free to move around the downstairs of the house. At night, all dogs go into their own crate. You provide the bedding and food. There's no risk of kennel cough or giardia at Bonnie's. She very conscientious. Before agreeing to board your dog, she will have a meet and greet, ask to see most recent vaccines and provide proof your dog is giardia free. The only thing your dog will catch at Bonnie's is exhaustion from playing with friends and a feeling of homesickness wanting to go back! We are never worried when we leave Trooper with Bonnie. She loves him as much as we do!! If an option, I would give ten stars!

She took such great care of Scamper years ago, that we hired her to care for our other cat while we went out of the country for 3 weeks. She administered meds and fluids, made sure she had plenty of water and food and cleaned the litter box. Alesia and Angie (her assistant) sent us pictures so we knew Hunter was well cared for. We also had a house sitter at the time and there were some things Alesia thought were amiss. She contacted us and let us know what was going on and we had to let our house sitter go. She is a highly ethical person who went above and beyond what we had hired her for. I can't say enough. I would trust my pet and my home with Alesia and her assistant Angie anytime. I am grateful to have found such a loving, kind and compassionate person to care for my pets. I know they are in the best of hands when I am gone.

They only take cats and they are never in a cage, they each have a little room, usually with a window and a little tree or something to climb and scratch. Nancy fell in love with my boy Liam and he allowed her to brush him and seemed very happy by all the pictures I got. You hear of all these sitting services never showing up to feed or play with animals and my family had a tragedy happen when a boarding service kept our dog in a cage instead of the run we ordered, and something horrific happened so I will forever be scared. Nancy understands how much we love our cats and how worried we get for our little bundles of dopamine. I will always recommend Snuggles! The house is clean and well looked after and there is clear plexiglass between the kitty rooms and my cat just stared at the other cats. No fights or hissing.
