The adobo had a good sauce that wasn't oversalted, which is where a lot of places lose me, and it was tender enough to come apart with a spoon. The lumpia were thin and rolled tight, not greasy. The corned beef was still tad salty from the times I get cornsilog so the fresh cucumbers and tomatoes added to the bowl adds a good palate cleanser when you try the salty corned beef. I like the Sago Gulaman here because they actually add that splash of banana essence to the drink. Some don't add that in the drink. Having the essence brings out the authentic taste of Sago Gulaman. I like the Kutsinta here because its slightly sweet and chewy - just dont care for "powdered grated coconut" though. I like the coconut grated. The cassava cake here is good the flan on top is a good additional treat with the cassava on the bottom. Puto Flan is also my other favorite here because the Puto is not too sweet and its tender fluffy with the flan on the bottom which adds a good sweet touch to the puto. They start serving arroz caldo here and bihon pancit palabok. I have not tried it yet. They close at 7pm so by 2-3pm this bakery is low in items - Just be mindful. It's best to come here on weekdays to avoid lines and crowds.
