We went over on a Wednesday night and got there around 6 PM. It was already pretty busy, but we were fortunate that we were able to get seated right away. When we left about an hour later, it definitely was busy and there was a line of people waiting to get seated. It does get loud in this location so you will find that you may have to speak up a little bit more because it is a small space and with so many people talking, it can be hard to hear the person sitting across from you. We started with the marinated lamb pancake, and it was so delicious! That meat in the chili sauce was spectacular. And the pancake was very flaky and just buttery. My friend got the shaved pork noodles and again it was phenomenal. The pork was marinated in that chili oil and it was just incredible. I ended up getting the short rib soup and I'll admit I was a little disappointed. The short rib really had no seasoning on whatsoever and unfortunately, it wasn't fall off the bone you actually had to cut it off. Even though I put Chili's on it, I was still hoping for more flavor in the meat. The noodles on the other hand were absolutely spectacular. They are done al dente so you get a little bit of chew in them, but the broth and the noodles together were spectacular. These are huge portion sizes so you definitely will have leftovers or order one and share it between two people because they are large. This location is located in the strip mall off of international Drive so parking can be really tight. I went on a Saturday night for dinner and they said it would be hour wait which was fine but the guy working at the front told me to write my name and number and he would call me when the table is ready! I made sure to get back within that time window, but when I arrived, the waiter told me I took "too long" and put me back on the waitlist. I honestly don't understand the timing system.
