    What a terrible office. I cannot get into contact with anyone from this office ever. They have…read morescrewed up my prescriptions and will not take accountability nor fix these issues. I have had nothing but terrible times at the office too. I show up on time for my appointments and have had to wait anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half. Obviously, I like her or I would have bailed long ago. Yesterday, after 5pm, I realized I likely had either a kidney infection or a UTI. As they were already closed for the day, I decided I would stop by first thing this morning and see if they could work me in. I was told by the girl at the front desk that there would be an extra $25 charge for being a walk in. A walk in?! I've been a patient for years! Is this any way to treat your loyal patients?! I could understand if I was some random person off the street, but I have been a loyal patient for over a decade! Why in the world would I pay YOU extra to wait?! I decided to spend my copay elsewhere and went down the street to HEB RediClinic where I was seen immediately, no waiting, no extra charge, and no bad attitude. When next I have an appointment with Dr. Truong, I will bring this issue to her attention. Her response will determine if I stay a patient or take my business elsewhere. Honestly, there are too many other choices out there to put up with sub par treatment.

As a healthy individual without diabetes, I am determined to resolve this issue. I chose Dr. Sanders as my surgeon because, despite residing in California and working as an ER nurse at the Veterans Affairs, I made the trip back to Houston for this procedure. My past experiences have shown me that he possesses the expertise to address and correct the deformities in my toes effectively. If I had to rate Dr. Sanders on a scale from 0 to 5, where 5 signifies excellence, and 0 signifies poor quality, I would wholeheartedly give him a 5. The decision to travel from California to Houston for this procedure was worthwhile. The quality of care during the procedure was outstanding, and the Orthopedic Sports Medicine Clinic staff were incredibly proactive, guiding me through all the necessary paperwork and requirements. Moreover, the communication I received before and after the surgery was exceptional, making my entire experience seamless and reassuring.

    I'm so lucky to have found Dr Ebo, she always demonstrates caring and empathy, and doesn't rush you…read moreout the door like many do. She's thorough and addresses all your needs. Unfortunately she will be leaving soon to go back into the inpatient hospital side of things. This office is always clean, staff are always helpful and friendly, so I'll stay with this group, but hopefully the new physician will be as awesome as Dr Ebo.

Well...NO ! - I won't call you for you to only say that you're sorry for your employees bad service and bad behavior. I won't listen to you saying that you'll try to do better - when in actuality there is likely absolutely nothing that you will do to remedy the situation. I'm not interested in lip service. These 2 "nurses" told me, her 71-year old son, that they could not (translation "didn't want to") help her, and said for her to pee in her pants as she sat in her wheelchair !!!!!!!!! O u t r a g e o u s !!! Mean-spirited, lazy, insensitive, callous sub-human "nurses". There's not enough negative words to describe you two!!! You should be ashamed of your selves !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And on a previous visit to this same ER, another so-called "nurse" put mom on the toilet and walked away in order to try to find a new, dry diaper... then forgot to come back!!!!.... left mom unattended for 40 minutes. I went looking for her, and after I found her, she said.... "Sorry.....I forgot". What is wrong with you people????????????????????????????????? Try thinking for a change! Try thinking about someone else!
