In the summer, there are plenty of flax items in smaller sizes. This season (24) there are Beautiful new with tag garments from Worlds Window in size small. I woke up and decided I wanted to find my wedding dress that day. As some of you know, it's nearly impossible to do walk-ins at bridal shops. After going to a few and trying to schedule a few appointments, which we successfully did for later in the evening, we called BE. They had just opened and advised they could fit us in immediately. As soon as I walked in the door, I was welcomed by a few of the staff members. The interior of the building was decorated gorgeously. Private bridal suites, with couches, chairs for guests and extremely large mirrors. A separate room with a large mirror to dress in private. Devon introduced herself and informed me she would be my bridal consultant for the appointment. Devon led me back to a private viewing room and asked to see pictures and pinterest boards of wedding dresses I liked. She asked specifically what I liked about it, what I disliked and what I was indifferent on. After going through the run down, Devon personally measured me to ensure the dresses I tried on would fit. The best part was that Devon wasn't awkward about seeing me in undergarments or somewhat naked when trying on dresses. She made me feel comfortable in my own body and not judged. After going to some previous shops, I wasn't measured and they guessed which led to me not being able to fit in certain gowns and getting stuck so this was very reassuring off the bat. Devon is hands down one of the most sweetest, kindest, outgoing, bubbly and most helpful consultant I've ever encountered. Devon listened to understand which was huge for me. Devon pulled a variety of dresses and helped me realize the dresses I liked in the photos, I didn't like on my body. We were able to figure out what dresses fit my body type and the very last dress Devon pulled happened to be my dream dress. Devon took me to the celebration suite when she asked if I was saying yes, then popped a bottle of champagne. They also gave my pregnant friend a sparkling water so she could enjoy as well. The owner came in and personally congratulated me and gave me compliments on the dress. After dressing out, they asked to take a yes picture to celebrate. All in all, this is hands down the best small business bridal shop I've ever been to. This experience made me so glad to have chosen this shop. Thank you ladies, you've outdone yourself

I would strongly caution anyone considering Bridal Extraordinaire to ask for EVERY charge in…read morewriting before agreeing to anything. We were hit with an exorbitant rush-shipping fee, yet no one bothered to tell us when the item was ordered that rush shipping would even be necessary. Had we been informed upfront, we absolutely could have chosen a different item and avoided the ridiculous additional cost. Even more concerning, when we asked Bridal Extraordinaire to provide a receipt or documentation showing the actual rush-shipping charge, they refused. If you are charging a customer a substantial fee supposedly for expedited shipping, why would you be unwilling to show documentation of that charge? That lack of transparency felt incredibly deceptive. Their tuxedo rental prices were also significantly higher than other places we compared -- and not by a small amount. Wedding planning is stressful and expensive enough without having to wonder whether you are being fully informed about charges or whether additional fees are being marked up behind the scenes. Our experience left us feeling taken advantage of rather than valued as customers. Poor communication, excessive charges, and a troubling lack of transparency. We would NEVER shop here again.
