A cute pair of pink flats caught my eye, and accessories. It's a cute little shop, so don't expect huge. The staff are very nice, and I like what Heartstrings do. I could've spent alot of money there, which seems to be the case on both sides of Santa Fe in downtown Overland Park, in all the stores and restaurants. Store is blatantly religiously affiliated, if that matters to any potential customers, and they will be playing christian radio stations. My biggest gripe with this business is the uncomfortable customer service experience. The person working the counter claimed i "messed up the racks" by looking at items? I was the only customer in the store at the time, but I wasnt ripping through racks by any means and actively made sure to leave items/racks how they were, so i genuinely dont understand what this comment was made for. It felt uncomfortable and inappropriate to be addressed this way, almost in a disciplinary manner. I absolutely understand wanting to keep the store organized and being upset that you just finished reorganizing things, but this is a store where people will be shopping. If you cant handle people simply looking at clothes, then maybe you shouldnt own/work a clothing store !
